The present invention relates to a time display method. The method includes: when an electronic device in a standby state detects, by using a first sensor, that a movement track of the electronic device meets a first condition, acquiring current time of the electronic device; generating a clock display user interface UI by using the current time, and saving the clock display UI in a buffer; and displaying, on a screen of the electronic device, the clock display UI in the buffer when the screen of the electronic device is lit up. The present invention resolves a problem that time displayed when a screen of an electronic device is lit up undergoes a rapid change, and reduces power consumption of the electronic device.

A routing management method includes: receiving, by a network controller, a request for creating a Layer 2 Virtual Private Network, determining, according to routing information of each router in a public network and information about a connection between each local area network and the public network, path information of a tunnel that a packet between any two of the local area networks should pass by when being transmitted in the public network; determining, according to the path information of each tunnel, forwarding information that each router forwards a packet along each tunnel, and allocating, to each router that each tunnel passes by, a label and processing information that is for the label before each router forwards the packet; and sending each piece of routing control information to each router, so that each router forwards the packet. The method reduces a calculation overhead of a router in a public network.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: sending a first message to a first equipment, wherein the first message is used for requesting user data of a user equipment; receiving a second message sent by the first equipment according to the first message, wherein the second message carries the user data of the user equipment and a network access failure transmission indication; and when determining a network access failure of the user equipment, sending a network access failure cause value of the user equipment to a home subscriber server HSS or a failure cause processing entity according to the network access failure transmission indication. The information processing method and apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may be used for achieving a failure diagnosis of the user equipment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a content processing method and a network side device. The content processing method includes: determining that the application content needs to be cached in a content caching device in a network; and distributing the application content to the content caching device in the network. The content processing method and the network side device of the embodiments of the present invention may avoid HTTP proxy processing of a content delivery network, thereby reducing the complexity of the network processing.

A communication method, apparatus, and system. Through capability exposure of a radio access network device, the radio access network device may obtain a congestion parameter of a radio access network based on indication information, to determine whether congestion occurs in the radio access network. In addition, the radio access network device may send the congestion parameter to a proxy entity. The proxy entity may identify the congestion parameter of the radio access network, so that congestion control on a wireless network can be optimized.

In one example method, a session management function (SMF) receives a first message including a multicast address from a terminal, sends a second message to a network registration function (NRF), where the second message is used to query for an SMF that establishes a multicast session for a multicast service corresponding to the multicast address, receives, from the NRF, a third message indicating that the SMF that establishes the multicast session for the multicast service corresponding to the multicast address is not found, and sends, to the terminal, a fourth message indicating that the terminal is rejected to join the multicast session corresponding to the multicast address.

This application provides example path switching methods, example communication apparatuses, and example communication systems. One example method includes obtaining, by a session management network element, a context of a first transport layer connection, where the first transport layer connection is between a source transport layer proxy network element and a terminal device. In response to determining that a protocol data unit (PDU) session anchor for the terminal device needs to be changed, the session management network element can send the context of the first transport layer connection to a target transport layer proxy network element, where the context is used to establish a third transport layer connection between the target transport layer proxy network element and the terminal device.
