摘要: Disclosed is an arrangement and a method for manufacturing of a web of packaging material for an oral pouched snuff product. The web is a saliva-permeable nonwoven web includes fibres, whereof 0%-95% of said fibres are of a first type and 5%-100% of a second type, the fibres of the first type being cellulose-based staple fibres, and the fibres of the second type being thermoplastic fibres, which are meltable and/or softenable at least at the surface. The arrangement includes a carding unit for carding the fibres to form a pre-web, an air-through bonding unit for bonding the pre-web by means of at least partial melting and/or softening of the fibres of the second type to form the web, and a calendering unit for surface treatment of the web.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for positioning portion packets of a product for oral use into a container by means of a compartment unit. The compartment unit comprises a plurality of compartments with a respective discharge opening. The method comprises: a) positioning the compartment unit at a first distance (d1) from a bottom wall of the container with the discharge openings facing a storage volume of the container, b) introducing at least one portion packet into i-th compartment of the compartment unit, the portion packet thereby assuming a first three-dimensional orientation with the at least one portion packet being in contact with the bottom wall of the container and at least partly remaining in the i-th compartment, wherein i is an integer going from 1 to n, n being the number of compartments to be loaded, n≥2, c) moving the compartment unit in relation to the container thereby causing reconfiguration of each portion packet to a second three-dimensional orientation being different from the first three-dimensional orientation. The disclosure further relates to a device for positioning portion packets of a product for oral use into a container. The disclosure also relates to a container comprising a plurality of portion packets of a product for oral use.

摘要: There is provided an oral smokeless moist snuff product comprising: (a) an oral smokeless moist snuff composition comprising: —disintegrated plant material, —one or more salts selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium sulphate, potassium sulphate, sodium lactate, potassium lactate and any combination thereof, and —water, wherein the total amount of the one or more salts is within the range of from about 15% by weight to about 35% by weight based on the total weight of water and total weight of the one or more salts in the oral moist smokeless snuff composition, wherein the total amount of moisture is within the range of from about 35% by weight to about 60% by weight based on the total weight of the oral smokeless moist snuff composition; (b) particles comprising a flavorant and a cellulose-derivatized polymer selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose and any combination thereof, wherein the amount of said particles is within the range of from about 1% by weight to about 25% by weight based on the total weight of the oral smokeless moist snuff product.
