    摘要: The electrophoretic display apparatus includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, an electrophoresis layer, and a driving module. The driving module has an adsorption mode and a display mode. When an adsorption mode is activated, a first voltage difference is formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, resulting in electrostatic adsorption to reduce or eliminate the air gap between the second electrode layer and electrophoresis layer. When a display mode is activated, a second voltage difference is formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The electrophoresis layer can sense the variation of electric field between the two electrode layers and start the operation of data transmission and display.

    摘要: A multi-level memory cell having a bottom electrode, a first dielectric layer, a plurality of memory material layers, a plurality of second dielectric layers, and an upper electrode is provided. The bottom electrode is disposed in a substrate. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the substrate and has an opening exposing the bottom electrode. The memory material layers are stacked on a sidewall of the first dielectric layer exposed by the opening and are electrically connected to the bottom electrode. The second dielectric layers are respectively disposed between every adjacent two memory material layers and are located on the sidewall of the first dielectric layer. The upper electrode is disposed on the memory material layers. A manufacturing method of the multi-level memory cell is further provided. A multi-bit data can be stored in a single memory cell, and both the process complexity and the cost are reduced.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a touch display panel and more specifically to a borderless touch display panel. The touch display panel includes a Fresnel lens, a touch-sensing panel and a coordinate transforming module, wherein the flat display panel and the Fresnel lens are spaced apart by a distance. The flat display panel outputs an original image having an original coordinate system. The Fresnel lens is used to transform the original image into a display image to be viewed by the user, wherein the display image has a display coordinate system. The touch sensing panel will sense the user's touch and output a touch coordinate of a touch and the coordinate transforming module will transform the touch coordinate into an action coordinate based on a transformation parameter set. The transformation parameter set includes a magnification parameter and a shift parameter for compensating for the positional difference between the touch coordinate and the action coordinate due to the distance between the flat display panel and the Fresnel lens.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a method of specifying access sequence of a storage device, wherein queues with different priority are created in the storage device for recording access requests from at least one server at the front-end of the storage device to manage the access operation, and are recorded corresponding to the front-end servers and the priority thereof respectively via a priority table. When the front-end server makes an access request, the request will be added to the corresponding queue according to the source front-end server, and each queue will be processed according to the priority thereof. The maximum workload of the access request processed every single time of each queue is set respectively. Thus, the access requests of the queues with higher priority will be processed within a shorter time.
