摘要: The present invention is a rigid or collapsible folding stand for a high fidelity amplifier or speaker. In general, the amplifier or speaker has a rear base edge placed on a two or more flexible straps. The amplifier or speaker is then tilted backward until it touches the amplifier or speaker stand at a single point. The rear surface of the amplifier or speaker, supporting legs and one or more lower flexible straps form a triangle that supports the amplifier or speaker. The stand holds the amplifier in an adjustably tilted position that is controlled by the length of the supporting legs and/or flexible straps used.

摘要: The present invention provides a fuel electrode of a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell for advancing a fuel cell reaction to oxidize the fuel introduced through a diffusion layer, comprising at least one reaction layer which is in contact with a solid polymer electrolyte membrane and advances the fuel cell reaction and at least one water decomposition layer which is in contact with the diffusion layer and electrolyzes the water in the fuel electrode. The layer taking charge of the fuel cell reaction is protected by providing the fuel electrode having a multilayer structure and providing the layer for preferentially performing the electrolysis of the water contained in the fuel or the like. This results in a fuel electrode in which the reduction of the electrode performance will not easily occur even when fuel shortage may be created.

摘要: This invention is to provide a method for detecting DNA hybridization on DNA chips using 4-D parameters. Based on the traditional method of using 3-D parameters to detect DNA hybridization on DNA chips, this invention introduces temperature as the forth parameters to determine the melting temperatures by scanning the changes of fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent labels on the double-stranded oligo nuclei acids resulted from the increasing of hybridization temperature. Comparing the measured melting temperatures with the standard melting temperature specific for each probe on the chip is used to gain insight into the specific property of the single-stranded nucleic acids in the sample. This device is composed of a DNA chip containing transparent glass chamber, in which a temperature sensor and a thermo-circler are installed. This invention provides a specific, sensitive, and easy operating method to detect gene in a complex sample. The device used in this invention has simple structure, and can be coupled with various types of DNA chips with low cost.

摘要: The sprinkler includes the following structural members: a body (1) with a channel for liquid supply, a thermally responsive unit with a valve (4) closing the sprinkler outlet, and a thermally responsive unit attachment. In the first alternative embodiment a sprinkler channel is formed by a segment (10) of a cylindrical configuration connected with a segment (11) made as a conical diffuser. To generate a fine uniform gas-and-drop stream of a high kinetic energy and space-uniform distribution the cylindrical segment (10) length exceeds the channel diameter at this segment. The segment (11) length in the form of conical diffuser exceeds the channel diameter at the cylindrical segment (10). In the second alternative embodiment the sprinkler has two coaxial liquid supply channels. The length of the axial cylindrical channel exceeds its diameter. The second annular channel is coaxial to the first channel and fitted with helical guide components.
