    Abstract: An edge-centric space rescaling method which is a new space rescaling technique for registering dissimilar physical-virtual spaces by utilizing the effects of adjusting physical space with redirected walking (RDW) and a system therefor are provided. The edge-centric space rescaling method includes dividing physical space into grid units based on basic geometric information of an object, applying relative translation gains (RTGs) to physical space grids divided in redirected walking (RDW), and registering objects of interest in virtual space to a corresponding target in physical space to rescale the virtual space to the physical space, while maintaining a coordinate system between the virtual space and the physical space.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a video processing method and a device therefor. The video processing method may include receiving a video comprising a plurality of temporal portions, receiving a first model parameter corresponding to a first neural network to process the video entirely, receiving residues between the first model parameter and a plurality of second model parameters corresponding to a plurality of second neural networks to process the plurality of temporal portions, and performing at least one of super-resolution, reverse or inverse tone mapping, tone mapping, frame interpolation, motion deblurring, denoising, and compression artifact removal on the video based on the residues.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a single transistor with a double gate structure for an adjustable firing threshold voltage and a neuromorphic system using the same. A single transistor neuron with a double gate structure according to an example embodiment includes a barrier material layer formed on a semiconductor substrate and comprising a hole barrier material or an electron barrier material; a floating body layer formed on the barrier material layer; a source and a drain formed at both sides of the floating body layer, respectively; a driving gate formed at a first side of the floating body layer without contacting the source and the drain; a control gate formed at a second side of the floating body layer without contacting the source and the drain; and a gate insulating film formed between the floating body layer and the driving gate and between the floating body layer and the control gate.
