    摘要: A polyphasic multi-coil generator includes a driveshaft, at least first and second rotors rigidly mounted on the driveshaft so as to simultaneously synchronously rotate with rotation of the driveshaft, and at least one stator sandwiched between the first and second rotors. The stator has an aperture through which the driveshaft is rotatably journalled. A stator array on the stator has an equally circumferentially spaced-apart array of electrically conductive coils mounted to the stator in a first angular orientation about the driveshaft. The rotors and the stator lie in substantially parallel planes. The first and second rotors have, respectively, first and second rotor arrays.

Specifically, provided is a permanent magnet rotating machine comprising a housing which houses a rotation shaft, a rotor connected to the rotation shaft and configured to rotate together with the rotation shaft, a stator, and permanent magnets fastened to the rotor or the stator; an air intake port provided at one end of the housing and an air exhaust port provided at the other end of the housing, the air intake port and the air exhaust port being configured to allow cooling air to flow through the housing; and a blower for feeding the cooling air to the air intake port; wherein the permanent magnet rotating machine is configured to be driven by magnetic force of the permanent magnets, and among the permanent magnets, a permanent magnet in the air exhaust port side has a higher coercivity than a permanent magnet in the air intake port side.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a radial and axial flux motor using integrated windings, which includes a rotor which includes a rotor core having a shape of a hollow cylindrical case, and permanent magnets for an inner lateral surface and permanent magnets for a ceiling surface that are coupled to the inner lateral surface and the ceiling surface of the rotor core respectively, and which is rotated about a shaft, and a stator which includes a stator core and windings coupled to the stator core and which is installed in the rotor. Therefore, a radial flux motor and an axial flux motor are integrated into one motor to be able to increase both efficiency and output.

    摘要: A lightweight and efficient electrical machine element including a method of manufacture providing a stator winding for an electric machine which has a large portion of its volume containing electrically conductive strands and a small portion of its volume containing of an encapsulant material. The stator winding includes winding of a first phase by shaping a portion of a bundle of conductive strands into an overlapping, multi-layer arrangement. Winding of successive phases occurs with further bundles of conductor strands around the preceding phases constructed into similar overlapping, multi-layer arrangements. The multiple phases are impregnated with the encapsulant material using dies to press the bundles into a desired form while expelling excess encapsulant prior to the curing of the encapsulant material. The encapsulated winding is removed from the dies after the encapsulant has cured. The encapsulant coating on the strands may be activated using either heat or solvent. The stator winding may be pressed into a form which has cooling channels which increase the surface area, thus enhancing convective cooling, heat dissipation, and the electrical machine's efficiency.
