摘要: The technology generally relates to identifying, in response to a search request, service providers currently available and able to perform the requested service. The identified service providers may be output as part of a list or identified on a map in response to the search request. The service providers may be ranked based on one or more factors, such as their availability at the time of the search request, a distance from the service provider's business location to the work location, a distance from a current location of the service provider to the work location, feedback pertaining to the service provider, etc. Each factor may be weighted such that one factor may influence the rank of the service provider more than another. Based on the weights, each service provider may be scored. Service providers with a higher score may be prioritized in the search results.

In some aspects, a process of the disclosed technology includes steps for receiving a ride request wherein the ride request specifies a pick-up location associated with a user identifier (ID), navigating an autonomous vehicle to the pick-up location to provide ride service for a user associated with the user ID, and receiving review information from the user, wherein the review information relates to a product or service consumed by the user. In some aspects, the process can also include steps for associating the review information with the user ID, and enriching the review information using trip information associated with the user ID. Systems and computer-readable media are also provided.

The method includes training machine learning models using the generated historical feature vectors, selecting one of the machine learning models for use in generating recommendation outputs, presenting an interactive voice interface to an entity to generate audio questions and prompts for obtaining response data from the entity, classifying voice survey responses of the entity, and generating feature vectors. The method includes processing, using the selected machine learning model, the feature vectors to generate the recommendation outputs, and transforming a user interface to display the recommendation output.

摘要: Systems and methods for providing a first user with recommendations of media assets for inclusion in a playlist for a second user based on the second user's viewing activity. These systems and methods receive, from the second user, an expression of disinterest in a media asset included in the playlist for the second user, update a user profile associated with the second user based on the expression of disinterest, and determine a recommendation for another media asset based on the updated user profile associated with the second user. The systems and methods provide the recommendation to the first user. By recommending media assets that the second user is least likely to object to, these systems and methods reduce the frequency of disruptive requests for media assets from the second user.

摘要: A method of displaying a user interface is provided. The method includes retrieving reviews for an item and extracting indicia from the retrieved reviews. A first question is generated based on the extracted indicia. A first interactive user interface is displayed that includes the first question along with an option to provide a response that corresponds to a review of the item. A second question and an answer to the second question are generated based on the response to the first question. A second interactive user interface that includes the second question and the answer to the second question is then displayed.
