Abstract: The disclosure provides a flexible display device, including: a flexible substrate, including a display area; and a first frame area, a second frame area, a third frame area and a fourth frame area located at the four sides of the display area, the first frame area and the fourth frame area being opposite to each other, and the second frame area and the third frame area being opposite to each other, a bent line arranged in the second frame area and the third frame area; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the display area; a packaging layer arranged on the organic light emitting layer, the first frame area, the second frame area, the third frame area and the fourth frame area; wherein the flexible substrate and the packaging layer are bent upwards or downwards along the bent lines arranged in the second frame area and the third frame area.

Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed, including a first and a second substrates disposed at an interval and parallel. Blue phase liquid crystal is disposed between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base. The second substrate includes a second base. The blue phase liquid crystal display panel includes a transmissive display region having multiple first base platforms, multiple first electrodes, each of which is disposed on each of the first base platform, and second electrodes disposed on the first base and the second base. A reflective display region has fourth electrodes only disposed on the second base. The first substrate is provided with a reflective layer corresponding to the reflective display region. When light passes through the transmissive display region and the reflective display region, phase delays of the light in the two regions are identical.

Abstract: A transmission-reflection blue phase liquid crystal panel is disclosed. The transmission-reflection blue phase liquid crystal panel comprises an upper substrate and a lower substrate that are arranged facing each other, and blue phase liquid crystal that is arranged between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. According to the present disclosure, a consistent photoelectric property in the transmission region and the reflection region can be obtained and the driving voltage of the blue phase liquid crystal can be reduced.

A black matrix, a poly silicon layer, a gate layer and a source drain layer disposed successively on the first substrate along direction facing the second substrate. Abstract: An LCD includes a backlight module, an array substrate, and a color filter layer. The color filter layer includes a first filter unit, a second filter unit and a black matrix unit. A transmittance rate of the second filter unit is larger than that of the first filter unit. The black matrix layer is connected between the first filter unit and second filter unit. The width of the black matrix unit is larger than that of the third black matrix unit. The width of the black matrix unit facing the first filter unit is larger than that of the black matrix unit facing the second filter unit. This kind of asymmetrical black matrix layer not only best prevents lowering the pixel aperture ratio, but also improves color shift of images when light goes through pixels of low transmittance as pixels of high transmittance are turned off.
