Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which UEs may communicate with satellites or base stations, or both in a non-terrestrial network. Due to large distances between transmitting devices and receiving devices in a non-terrestrial network, the UE may account for propagation delay and frequency shift of communications with a satellite based on location information of the satellite. The UE may receive first satellite location information from a base station or a satellite, via a broadcast message. The UE may receive second satellite location information from the wireless network node via a unicast message, where both the first satellite location information and the second satellite location information relate to a same satellite. The UE may transmit an uplink communication via the satellite based on at least one of the first satellite location information or the second satellite location information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a configuration of a set of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to be transmitted by a first base station or a second base station. In some cases, the UE may be served by the first base station and the UE may receive, from the first base station or the second base station, a message indicating that a transmission of at least one SSB of the set of SSBs is canceled and indicating resources for a signal (e.g., a reference signal, alternative SSB transmission) to be transmitted by the first base station or the second base station as an alternative to the canceled at least one SSB. The UE may receive, based on the received message from the first base station or the second base station, the signal using the indicated resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for a rearrangement scheme for a Faster-than-Nyquist (FTN) waveform are described. Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may receive, from a base station via a DCI message, an indication of at least one K1 value corresponding to a plurality of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions over a plurality of PDSCH resources. The DCI message may comprise scheduling information for the plurality of PDSCH transmissions. The at least one K1 value may be associated with at least one physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource and indicative of a PDSCH-to-hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timing. The apparatus may transmit, to the base station via the at least one PUCCH resource, at least one acknowledgment/negative-acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) indication associated with the at least one K1 value and corresponding to the plurality of PDSCH resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for establishing rules for scheduling downlink data transmissions and flow control feedback for the downlink data transmissions to avoid confusion at a base station and a user equipment (UE). In one example, when flow control feedback from a UE is disabled for a downlink data transmission, the UE may still operate according to a timing for reporting flow control feedback for the downlink data transmission. In this example, the UE may drop (e.g., refrain from decoding) other downlink data transmissions based on the timing for reporting flow control feedback. In another example, when flow control feedback from a UE is disabled for a downlink data transmission, other downlink data transmissions to the UE may be scheduled according to one or more rules to avoid confusion.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some networks, a user equipment (UE) may switch between serving beams of a transmitting device that are associated with different bandwidth parts of a radio frequency spectrum. To improve aspects of beam measurement and selection, a UE may be configured to support various techniques for beam measurement according to the different bandwidth parts. For example, a UE may receive a beam measurement configuration associated with one or more beams, and may monitor for reference signals associated with the beams using the different bandwidth parts. The UE may determine a channel quality of one or more of the beams based on the monitoring, and transmit a beam measurement report to the network in accordance with the beam measurement configuration. In some examples, such a report may be transmitted based on the UE determining that an event condition is satisfied.
