Abstract: A GOA substrate includes GOA circuit units connected in cascade. The GOA circuit unit includes an output module, a reset module, a latch module, and an input module. The output module is used for outputting the scan signal based on a trigger signal. The reset module is used for resetting the trigger signal based on the reset signal. The latch module is used to hold and pull down the electric potential of the trigger signal. The input module is used for receiving the scan signal outputted by the previous stage GOA circuit unit. The input module includes a first CMOS transmission gate and a first transistor. The input module can lower the equivalent on-resistance of the transistor, elevate the drive current between the input terminal and the output terminal, so to increase level transmission speed, lower drive power loss of the transistor and improve the stability of the circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a transflective switchable liquid crystal display device and its display module. The liquid crystal display module includes a liquid crystal unit and a transflector driving unit arranged in this order; wherein the transflective driving unit further includes a first substrate, a first electrode layer arranged on the first substrate, a first liquid layer arranged on the first electrode layer, and a second liquid layer surrounding and covering the first liquid layer. The spreading and shrinking state of the first liquid layer are changed by controlling the voltage of the first electrode layer, and the transmissive mode and the reflective mode of the liquid crystal display module are switched. The liquid crystal display module enables the liquid crystal display to have a high opening, a high penetration, or a highly reflective display in both the transmission mode and the reflection mode.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a monitor and a backlight module thereof. The backlight module includes a circuit board, a strip light, a buckle, and a quantum tube. The strip light is fixed to the circuit board. The buckle is fixed to the circuit board. The quantum tube is engaged into the buckle, and the quantum tube is parallel to the strip light, which are provided with an interval. The quantum tube is located between the light guide plate and the strip light, the light is emitted from the strip light to the light guide plate through the quantum tube. Through the above way, the present disclosure can ensure high luminous efficiency of the quantum tube in the backlight module, so that the color gamut of the backlight module is maintained at a high state.

Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal display device and a method for driving the same are disclosed. In the display device, there is a pixel electrode or a common electrode arranged right opposite to each of the viewing angle switching electrodes. In a narrow viewing angle mode, a vertical electric field can be generated between two electrodes that are arranged right opposite to each other, so that liquid crystal molecules in the vertical electric field can be in a vertical alignment state. According to the present disclosure, since almost all oblique light can pass through the liquid crystal molecules in the vertical alignment state, the probability that the viewing angle switching dead area occurs can be reduced to a large extent.

Abstract: A GOA electric circuit introduces a resistor and a timing signal, which are used to replace a second capacitor in the existing skills. One terminal of the resistor is connected to a constant high voltage level and the other terminal thereof is connected to a gate electrode of a ninth thin-film transistor. A source electrode of the ninth thin-film transistor is electrically connected to the timing signal. In the stage maintaining the output terminal at low voltage level, the voltage level of the second node can be changed between high and low voltage levels as the timing signal is changed, and the voltage level of the second node is pulled down in a specific frequency. This effectively prevents the second node from being at high voltage level for a long time and avoids the problem of threshold voltage shifting, and therefore improves the stability of GOA electric circuit.
