    摘要: Jet pumps and a feed water sparger are disposed in a reactor pressure vessel incorporating a core. A first feed water pipe supplies a portion of feed water to the jet pumps as their driving water. A second feed water pipe connected to the first feed water pipe supplies the remaining portion of the feed water to the feed water sparger. A first feed water heater is disposed in the first feed water pipe downstream of a connecting point of the first feed water pipe and the second feed water pipe. An amount of extracted steam introduced into the first feed water heater is controlled on the basis of a difference in the temperature between feed water flowing through the first feed water pipe and the feed water flowing through the second feed water pipe.

The reactor core is separated from the turbo-set and other components and is arranged in a separate reactor chamber with walls of pre-stressed concrete, while the other components are respectively arranged in separate chambers, within an inner concrete container which has chambers for receiving the turbo-set with generator and the remaining components of the working gas circuit and which has its outer wall arranged adjacent the vertical inner wall of the outer safety container there is provided a recess for a pre-stressed concrete container for receiving the reactor core.

    摘要: In a nuclear reactor installation secured against rupture and having a pressurized water reactor, a straight-tube steam generator having a central ascending pipe, a coolant pump and lines connecting them in a primary circulatory loop, the coolant pump being installed in a primary chamber of the steam generator and forming with the latter a structural unit, the primary loop having hot and cold lines between a pressure vessel enclosing the reactor and the primary side of the steam generator, at least part of the hot and cold lines being united along the direction of their fluidic flow paths, the structural unit formed of the pump and the steam generator being upright with relatively short, straight and horizontal primary loop lines, and sheathing protective against rupture enclosing the pump, the steam generator and the lines of the primary loop, a tube bundle having a central passageway trough which the ascending pipe extends, an inlet chamber communicating with the top of the tube bundle, an outlet chamber communicating with the bottom of the tube bundle, tube support plates holding the bottom and top of the tube bundle, the ascending pipe feeding primary medium to the inlet chamber from which the primary medium is returned through the tube bundle to the outlet chamber, and a guidance elbow having a 90.degree.-bend extending through the outlet chamber, the guidance elbow connecting the ascending pipe and the hot line, the cold line communicating with the outlet chamber.

    摘要: Disclosed is a nuclear power plant comprising a closed gas-cooling circuit and a plurality of identical, parallel-connected thermodynamic circuits (loops) symmetrically installed. Each of these loops constitutes a turbine assembly comprising a turbine and a compressor as well as devices for the internal and external heat exchange and is coupled with a nuclear reactor. The reactor is installed in the center of a cavern located in a vessel made of reinforced concrete, while the components comprising the circuit and the conduits connecting the various components are installed in cavities inside the reinforced concrete vessel. The turbine assemblies are located in horizontal shafts in the lower region of the vessel, and vertical shafts are provided for the gas transport pipes, which are arranged coaxially therein. These shafts and also pods for the heat exchange equipment are arranged symmetrically about the vessel axis.

    摘要: Disclosed is a nuclear power plant comprising a pressure-tight safety vessel surrounding the entire plant, an inner vessel of reinforced concrete, a high-temperature reactor contained in the inner vessel, a gas turbine assembly having a turbine and a high- and low-pressure compressor located in a horizontally oriented chamber below the reactor, a plurality of heat exchange units positioned in a plurality of vertically oriented pods spaced radially symmetrically about the reactor and suitable conduits for carrying the reactive gas between the system components. The conduits are arranged in generally horizontally and vertically oriented straight lines, and the conduits for carrying low-pressure gas comprise a horizontal system positioned beneath the turbine assembly having a plurality of coaxial connecting tubes, collectors and distributors as well as normal conduits, so that high pressure gas flows in the internal passage and low-pressure gas flows in the outer passage.

    摘要: A heat exchanger arrangement wherein a plurality of cylindrical modular heat exchanger units are stacked upright in side-by-side relation within an enclosure and can be transferred into and out of the enclosure, one at a time, through a passage in the floor thereof. To transfer any given heat exchanger unit out of the enclosure, the unit is detached from its base, hoisted by an overhead travelling crane into a position overlying the floor passage and then lowered vertically into a basculating bridge underneath the floor. The bridge is then tilted into a horizontal attitude to discharge the unit. Transfer of a unit into the enclosure is accomplished by following the foregoing procedure in reverse order.
