    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a main housing. A driving part configured to generate torque and a compression part driven by the driving part are accommodated in the main housing. The compression part includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll that engages with the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber in which a refrigerant is compressed. The torque of the driving part is transmitted to the compression part by a driving shaft. The driving shaft is rotatably supported by a main bearing positioned in a low pressure region adjacent to the driving part. Accordingly, since the main bearing is disposed in a low pressure region, a load applied to the main bearing may be decreased.

    摘要: A compressor includes compression and drive mechanisms disposed in a casing having a cylindrical member. The compression mechanism includes a cylinder main body, an end surface member attached to the cylinder main body, a muffler main body attached to the end surface member, an intake hole communicating with the compression chamber and extending in a direction crossing the drive shaft, and a circular hole located radially outside the compression chamber and extending in a direction parallel to the drive shaft. The circular hole opens to a space inside the casing. At least a part of the circular hole is located within an area defined by extending the intake hole in a plan view. A method of producing a compressor includes inserting a positioning pin into the circular hole of the compression mechanism and pressing an inlet tube into the intake hole from outside of the cylindrical member.

The pump cavity is rotatably coupled to the cam, wherein the pump cavity includes an actuating element and a chamber. The force translator couples the arcuate bearing surface to the actuating element, wherein the force translator includes an axis having an arcuate position fixed to an arcuate position of the pump cavity.

The motor housing and seal assembly cooperate to at least partially define a motor chamber that is sealed from the compressor chamber to prevent fluid flow therebetween. The fuel booster also includes a motor having a motor rotor and a motor stator. The motor rotor and the compressor rotor are contained within the compressor chamber. The motor rotor includes a cylindrical surface. The motor stator substantially surrounds the cylindrical surface and is contained within the motor chamber.

    摘要: A gas exhaust system for use in a semiconductor manufacturing process wherein mechanical or chemical processing is applied on silicon wafers or the like arranged in a air-tight process chamber thereof, comprises a vacuum chamber having a gas suction port formed on an upper side thereof and a gas exhaust port formed on a lower side thereof. In the vacuum chamber, the first and second rotors are arranged vertically and supported rotatably at their lower end port ions in a cantilevered condition. The first and second rotors are driven to rotate in the opposite directions to thereby form a certain degree of vacuum condition in the vacuum chamber, whereby the residual gasses in the process chamber are discharged therefrom through the gas exhaust system. Since the the rotors are supported in a cantilevered condition and the bearing mechanisms for the rotors are positioned apart from the suction port of the vacuum chamber, oil supplied to the bearing mechanism does not diffuse or leak into the side of the process chamber.
