Abstract: An electric compressor includes a rotary shaft, a compression part, a motor including a stator, and a housing. The stator includes a stator core, coils corresponding to a plurality of phases, an insulator, coil ends, first leads of the winding wires, a neutral connection portion, and a cover member. The cover member has a cover end surface opposite from the coil ends. The cover end surface has an accommodation portion in which the neutral connection portion is accommodated. The first leads each include a covered portion, and a non-covered portion. The non-covered portion includes an extension portion continuous with the neutral connection portion extending out from the accommodation portion by a predetermined length. The cover end surface includes a first surface, and a second surface. At least the first surface has a through hole. The first surface is positioned farther from the coil ends than the second surface is.

Abstract: A baffle plate for a compressor, a compressor, and refrigeration apparatus are provided. The baffle plate has a plate body, a through hole and a connection part. The through hole is formed in the plate body. The plate body extends from the through hole in a direction deviating from the axis of the through hole. The connection part is connected with the plate body and is used for connecting the plate body to a non-rotating member. A fixed baffle plate is arranged in the compressor, to physically block the gas flow and form a space for stabilizing the refrigerant oil or lubricant oil on one side of the baffle plate corresponding to the oil sump. The space can isolate the disturbance from spiral flow of a lower cavity to the oil sump caused by the rotation of the motor when the compressor operates.

Abstract: A multistage compression system uses refrigerant and oil. The multistage compression system includes a low-stage compressor that compresses the refrigerant, a high-stage compressor that further compresses the refrigerant compressed by the low-stage compressor, and an oil return pipe that returns the oil discharged by the high-stage compressor or the oil in the high-stage compressor to the low-stage compressor. The low-stage compressor has a rotary compression part that compresses the refrigerant, a motor that drives the compression part, and a container housing the compression part and the motor. The motor is disposed above the compression part. The oil return pipe is connected to a space below the motor inside the container.

Abstract: A vacuuming device comprises a main body, a rotary shaft, a vacuum pump rotor, a motor stator and a motor rotor. An air inlet, an air outlet, an oil storage chamber and a motor chamber are disposed in the main body. The oil storage chamber communicates with the air outlet. The rotary shaft is rotationally connected to the main body. The vacuum pump rotor is fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft and cooperatively forms a stator cavity of the vacuum pump with the inner-wall of the main body. The air inlet and the oil storage chamber communicate with the stator cavity of the vacuum pump respectively. The vacuuming device reduces the cost of manufacturing, optimizes the spatial structure and downsizes the device.

The gas connecting channel fluidically connects the back-pressure chamber with the high-pressure chamber. The oil return channel and/or the gas connecting channel extends through the sliding disk. The sliding disk includes the oil return throttle and/or the gas connecting throttle.

A maintenance space shareable for insertion and pullout operations of the first bundle and insertion and pullout operations of the second bundle is interposed between the first bundle and the second bundle, and is available for the bundle under the insertion and pullout operations.

Abstract: A compressor may include a casing, and a compression device installed inside of the casing and that compresses the refrigerant while rotating by receiving a rotational force of an electric motor through a rotational shaft. A high/low pressure separation plate may be installed at an upper portion of the compression device, and an insulation plate may be provided to block the high/low pressure separation plate and the suction tube from each other by being located therebetween. The insulation plate may reduce heat transfer between a refrigerant discharge space having a high temperature located at the upper portion of the high/low pressure separation plate and a refrigerant suction space having a relatively low temperature located at a lower portion of the high/low pressure separation plate.
