    摘要: A desalination system includes a distillation unit to which a fluid to be desalinated is provided and through which a heat transfer fluid flows, and a solar concentration unit configured to heat the heat transfer fluid. The solar concentration unit includes an array of linear Fresnel reflectors, each linear Fresnel reflector of the array of linear Fresnel reflectors rotating about a respective axis, a receiver configured for absorption of light redirected by the array of linear Fresnel reflectors, the receiver comprising tubing through which the heat transfer fluid flows, and a frame supporting and positioning the receiver relative to the array of linear Fresnel reflectors. The frame defines a track along which the receiver is movable to adjust a relative position of the receiver along the respective axis of each linear Fresnel reflector of the array of linear Fresnel reflectors.

The concave mirror (108) is configured to reflect the radiation to the convex mirror (110) and the convex mirror (110) is configured to reflect the radiation as a concentrated collimated beam in an emission direction that is angularly offset from the source. The concave mirror (108) and convex mirror (110) each have a focal length that varies along one axis such that the radiation collected by the concave mirror (108) is transmitted from the convex mirror (110) with uniform distribution.

The solar generating portion of the facility includes capability to directly generate electricity from solar insolation, or to store the solar energy in a tangible medium, including stored heat, or solar generating fuel. The generating facility is configured to generate electricity simultaneously from both solar and non-solar sources, as well a solely from immediate solar insolation and from solar energy stored in a tangible medium. Additionally, the solar generating capacity may be segregated; such that separate spectra of solar insolation are used to capture heat for steam turbine based electrical generation, capture light energy for photovoltaic based electrical generation, and to grow biomass to generate a solar fuel.

    摘要: The Solar Cooker is easy to build solar radiation collection system with the ability to produce high radiation energy from a large reflector or reflectors. The system consists of a main primary radiation reflector and a secondary radiation reflector that are made from reflective materials such as: mylar, film, mirror, metal etc. The secondary reflector is much narrower and smaller then the main reflector. The primary reflector sheet is curved to parabolic form and reflects the radiation in linear form to the secondary reflector. The secondary reflector, at a 90 degree angle from the main reflector, transfers the linear reflected line to a smaller area. The system is designed to be sole energy producer or an auxiliary energy generator for the solar ovens that are design to collect radiation from the top.
