Abstract: A method, a computer program, an apparatus, a transportation vehicle, and a network component for determining a speed limit for a tele-operated transportation vehicle. The method for determining a speed limit for a tele-operated transportation vehicle includes obtaining information related to an environment of the tele-operated transportation vehicle; obtaining information related to a predictive quality of service (pQoS) of a communication link between the tele-operated transportation vehicle and a tele-operator of the transportation vehicle; and determining the speed limit based on the information related to the environment of the tele-operated transportation vehicle and the information related to the pQoS.

Abstract: A method for predicting a quality of service for a communication between at least two moving communication partners, wherein the prediction is based on at least one link-based quality of service map that is updated in a link-based QoS map generation process. Since classical radio maps are node-based, the classical radio maps are not appropriate for estimating an end-to-end latency for the communication link. The end-to-end latency is needed when determining whether safety critical messages are to be exchanged over this communication link.

Abstract: A method for data communication between communication participants including observing the surroundings of the transmitting participant, determining the positon and motion of the communication participants, and estimating the transmission conditions at a later point in time. The solution is based on classifying the data for data communication in different categories, the categories determining susceptibility of the data to transmission errors determining which data is transmitted under good transmission conditions only and which data is be transmitted under rough transmission conditions whereby the transmission station plans the transmission of data in different categories. The method further includes selecting for data transmission at a given time for which the transmission conditions have been estimated so the data to be transmitted is in a category fitting to the estimated transmission conditions based on the categories data, and transmitting the selected data.

The method further comprises obtaining information on a quality of service available in the two or more radio access technologies. The method further comprises allocating radio resources of at least one of the two or more radio access technologies to the mobile transceivers of the group of mobile transceivers based on the information on the desired services and desired qualities of service and based on the information on the quality of service available.
