One embodiment of the invention provides a method for filling sub-micron features on a substrate, comprising reactive precleaning the substrate, depositing a barrier layer on the substrate using high density plasma physical vapor deposition; depositing a seed layer over the barrier layer using high density plasma physical vapor deposition; and electro-chemically depositing a metal using a highly resistive electrolyte and applying a first current density during a first deposition period followed by a second current density during a second period.

The flash memory comprises a plurality of blocks for data storage. The memory stores an address mapping table recording relationships between logical addresses and physical addresses of the blocks therein. The controller divides the address mapping table stored in the memory to a plurality of mapping table units, updates relationships between the logical addresses and the physical addresses stored in the mapping table units, determines whether data access performed to the flash memory fulfills the conditions of a first specific requirement, and when the data access fulfills the conditions of the first requirement, the controller selects a target mapping table unit from the mapping table units, and stores the target mapping table unit and a corresponding time stamp as a mapping table unit data to the flash memory.

The method includes generating a hash index data item from a received input data item; searching the cache for presence of a row tag of the RAM data row corresponding to the data item of hash index; in response to presence, searching the RAM for a RAM data item corresponding to the input data item according to the corresponding row tag of the RAM data row; in response to absence, searching the RAM for a RAM data item corresponding to the input data item by using the data item of hash index; and in response to finding a RAM data item corresponding to the input data item in the RAM, outputting data corresponding to the RAM data item. The method can accelerate data search in the CAM.

    摘要: A method, medium, device, and user interface are provided for receiving a handwriting input and for presenting prediction candidates based on the handwriting input. A pen down event is detected in a writing panel of a user interface. The writing panel is expanded to overlie function keys and a candidate window of the user interface such that those features are made inaccessible for inadvertent selections thereof. Upon detection of a pen up event the writing panel is decreased in size to again reveal the features. Recognition candidates are identified based on the handwriting input. Prediction candidates are also identified based on a highest ranking recognition candidate and are presented in combination with the highest ranking recognition candidate. Prediction candidates are thereby identifiable with the recognition candidate with which they are associated and selection of a prediction candidate and recognition candidate may be performed in single selection input.
