In the present invention, a method and an apparatus for performing initial access procedure based on authentication in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The method may comprise generating a pseudo permanent identifier based on a permanent identifier of the user equipment, transmitting, to a first authentication entity, a first message including the pseudo permanent identifier and an index of a specification authentication key, receiving, from the first authentication entity, a second message including a first MAC for at least one a first new authentication key generated by a second authentication entity or a first increased counter at the second authentication entity for a specific authentication counter, and transmitting, to the first authentication entity, a third message including a second MAC for at least one a second new authentication key generated by the user equipment or a second increased counter at the user equipment for the specific authentication counter.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system that supports a low latency service are provided. A terminal may transmit a request message for requesting transmission of low latency service data in an idle state to a base station, determine effectiveness (integrity) of the terminal, and receive a response message including resource information related to transmission and reception of the low latency service data from the base station in response to the request message to transmit and receive the low latency service data.

A method for supporting by a temporarily serving base station an initial access of a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining whether or not a terminal, which requests a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment for an initial access, supports a predetermined service; if the terminal supports the predetermined service, requesting a load status report to candidate base stations that can be accessed by the terminal; requesting to the candidate base stations multiple connection establishment with the terminal on the basis of the load status report obtained from the candidate base stations; determining a base station for establishing of serving link with the terminal on the basis of the response to the multiple connection establishment request; and transmitting to the terminal an RRC connection establishment response message which comprises information about the base station for the establishment of the serving link.

Provided are a method and a device for configuring control plane (C-plane) discontinuous reception (DRX) in a wireless communication system. A base station configures C-plane DRX for terminals only having an activated C-plane transmitted/received via a cellular network and indicates the presence or absence of signaling to be transmitted to one or more awake terminals in the C-plane DRX. Also provided are a method and a device for extending an on-duration according to C-plane DRX in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives C-plane DRX configuration information and a mobile terminating (MT) signaling indicator and temporarily extends an on-duration for the DRX of a C-plane according to the C-plane configuration information and MT signaling indicator.

Provided are a method and a device for generating a virtual bearer in a wireless communication system. A mobility management entity (MME) acquires context information for a packet data network (PDN) connection generated through a Wi-Fi network, and generates a virtual bearer in a cellular network on the basis of the acquired context information. The virtual bearer may be generated by various methods according to whether a PDN connection mapped to the PDN connection generated through the Wi-Fi network exists in the cellular network and whether a default bearer exists in the cellular network.

The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a moving cell measurement report signal to a serving base station in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. The method for a terminal transmitting a moving cell measurement report signal to a serving base station in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving, from a cell near the terminal, a cell type indicator comprising a cell identifier; determining whether the cell near the terminal is a neighboring cell within a predetermined range by using a measurement parameter according to the type of the cell identifier; and if the cell near the terminal is determined to be a neighboring cell within the predetermined range, transmitting a moving cell measurement report signal comprising the cell identifier to a serving base station.

Provided are a method and a device for transmitting and receiving inter-cell information for cancelling inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system. The method for transmitting and receiving inter-cell information may comprise the steps of: taking a PMI set which is a set of PMIs of a signal generating interference to an area partitioned in a predetermined direction and transmitting same to the base station of an adjacent cell transmitting the signal generating interference; and receiving, from the base station of the adjacent cell, PMI information on at least one of the PMIs included in the PMI set.

A method for transmitting a signal, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining the beam width of a beam to be transmitted; determining, on the basis of the beam width, relative narrowband transmit power (RNTP) information indicating whether a transmission power of at least a predetermined critical value is transmitted to a predetermined resource block; transmitting the RNTP information to an adjacent cell; and transmitting the generated beam to the resource block according to the RNTP information. Provided through the invention is a method for configuring an RNTP value for controlling inter-cell interference in a communication system.

The present invention relates to a communication method of an in-vehicle communication apparatus in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. One embodiment of the present invention comprises: establishing, by a communication apparatus, a connection with a base station; allocating, by the base station, an uplink resource for use in transmission of location information of a vehicle before the location information is transmitted; and if the communication apparatus is required to transmit an emergency signal to the base station, transmitting the emergency signal using the allocated uplink resource.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for performing timing synchronization in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention is characterized in that resources for D2D communication and resources for performing cellular communication are identified, and resource information for the D2D communication is determined considering the number of D2D terminals and a cell size of a base station, has different frequency and time domains according to D2D terminals, and includes different time offset values. Accordingly, the present invention prevents, in advance, the generation of interference according to the D2D communication.
