Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a network access method for a low power terminal. The method includes: finding, by a low power terminal, at least one high performance terminal in a first resource pool based on a synchronization signal and a broadcast channel of a virtual micro cell that are sent by a high performance terminal; determining, from all found high performance terminals, a first high performance terminal that needs to be used to access a network; obtaining configuration information through a broadcast channel of a virtual micro cell of the first high performance terminal, where the configuration information includes a second resource pool; and sending a random access request to the first high performance terminal by using a resource in the second resource pool.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: receiving, by a first device, N transport blocks TBs sent by a second device, where each TB includes at least one code block group CBG, and N is a positive integer; determining, by the first device, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs; determining, by the first device, a feedback bit stream of the N TBs based on the HARQ feedback bit of each CBG in the N TBs, where a quantity of bits of the feedback bit stream is equal to or less than a total quantity of CBGs in the N TBs; and sending, by the first device, the feedback bit stream to the second device. Compared with that in the prior art, the communication method provided in this application may improve flexibility of transmitting a feedback bit stream.

Abstract: A resource indication method and a related device, where the method includes obtaining system resource information of a second system, and sending indication information using a resource of a first system, where the indication information indicates the system resource information such that a device receiving the indication information determines the system resource information based on the indication information.
