Abstract:
By using a method for coordination between base stations, one base station allocates a resource to user equipment in a better manner with reference to resource configuration information saved in the base station and resource configuration information of another base station. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring, by a first base station, resource configuration information of a first cell, where the first cell is a cell served by the first base station; receiving resource configuration information of a second cell sent by a second base station, where the second cell is a cell served by the second base station; and allocating a resource to user equipment according to the resource configuration information of the first cell and the resource configuration information of the second cell, so that the user equipment communicates with the first cell and the second cell.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a data transmission method for an edge MBMS service and a related device. The method includes providing an MBMS service data transmission system that includes a central BM-SC located on a core network and an edge BM-SC and an MBMS GW that are located on a network edge; creating, by the central BM-SC, a control-plane bearer context; sending a session start request to the edge BM-SC, so that the edge BM-SC creates a user-plane bearer context; receiving a session start response sent by the edge BM-SC; and delivering a service key to the edge BM-SC, so that the edge BM-SC encrypts data of the edge MBMS service by using the service key and sends data to UE via the MBMS GW.

Abstract:
A data processing method and apparatus are provided, which relate to the communications field and can reduce a delay and energy consumption for data processing in a data exchange process of an optical network. A specific solution is: obtaining a to-be-processed optical data packet; obtaining an optical label from the to-be-processed optical data packet; determining, according to the optical label, whether an optical signal data frame is a data frame of a preset type; if the optical signal data frame is the data frame of the preset type, obtaining a port corresponding to a label destination address according to an optical label destination address and generating an optical switching instruction; and outputting the to-be-processed optical data packet through a target port according to the optical switching instruction. The data processing method and apparatus are used for data processing.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for accessing a wireless communication node, a wireless communication node, and a system for accessing a wireless communication node. The method includes: receiving, by a second wireless communication node, a request message that is sent by a first wireless communication node; sending, a request response to the first wireless communication node; receiving, a second wireless communication node activation request; and sending, a random access indication message, so that the UE accesses the second wireless communication node. In the embodiments of the present invention, communication among a first wireless communication node that a UE has already accessed, a second wireless communication node that the UE expects to access, and the UE enables the first wireless communication node and the second wireless communication node to provide a service for the UE at the same time.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a wireless broadband communication method, device, and system, so as to increase bandwidth and capacity of mobile broadband communications and at the same time lower cost. The method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: establishing, by a macro base station, a Radio Resource Control RRC connection with a user equipment UE; receiving, by a small cell (small cell), a configuration message sent, through a wired or wireless interface, by the macro base station; and establishing, by the small cell, a user plane connection between the small cell and the UE based on the RRC connection and the configuration message, and establishing a data bearer with the UE on the user plane connection.
Abstract:
The present embodiment of the invention discloses a method for controlling handover of user equipment, including: acquiring indication information used for controlling handover of user equipment, where the indication information is used for indicating a cell or base station that can provide a multi-connectivity service to the user equipment; determining, according to the indication information, from the cell or base station that can provide a multi-connectivity service to the user equipment, a target cell or a target base station for handover; and sending a handover request to a base station of the target cell or the target base station. By means of the technical solutions of the present embodiment of the invention, user equipment can be accurately handed over to a base station that provides a multi-connectivity service to the user equipment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell discovery method and apparatus, where the method includes: determining, by a second network node, modified timing of the second network node according to acquired timing modification information; receiving, by the second network node, uplink resource information of user equipment sent by a first network node; performing, by the second network node, detection on an uplink signal of the user equipment by using the modified timing and according to the uplink resource information; and when detecting proximity of the user equipment, sending, by the second network node, proximity information to the first network node. The cell discovery method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention prevent from triggering UE to perform unnecessary cell measurement or handover, thereby reducing network signaling load and lowering power consumption of the UE.
