Abstract: A driving circuit and a driving method, an active pixel sensor, an image sensor, and an electronic device. The driving circuit includes: a reset circuit, a photoelectric sensing circuit, a signal forming circuit, a signal conversion circuit, and a signal output circuit. The reset circuit resets the photoelectric sensing circuit and the signal forming circuit; the photoelectric sensing circuit performs photoelectric conversion on incident light irradiation to form a photoelectric voltage signal; the signal forming circuit transmits the photoelectric voltage signal to the signal conversion circuit, and transmits a compensated photoelectric voltage signal to the signal conversion circuit; the signal output circuit transmits a second voltage to the signal conversion circuit and the signal forming circuit and outputs a photoelectric current signal; the signal conversion circuit forms the compensated photoelectric voltage signal and outputs the photoelectric current signal to signal output circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a backlight source, a display device, and a driving method thereof, in the field of field of displays. The backlight source includes a Passive Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (PMOLED) display device, wherein the PMOLED display device includes a transparent substrate. A transparent wiring layer, an anode layer, a light emitting layer, a transparent cathode layer, and a transparent pixel definition layer are arranged on the transparent substrate subsequently. The light emitting layer includes a plurality of light emitting units for emitting white light, and the plurality of light emitting units are arranged in an array. The anode layer includes a plurality of anodes, the plurality of anodes are arranged below the corresponding plurality of light emitting units respectively, and can reflect light emitted from the corresponding light emitting units. The backlight source in the present application is implemented with PMOLED display device. The substrate, wiring layer, cathode layer and pixel definition layer of the PMOLED display device can use transparent materials, resulting in high transmittance of the backlight sources in the areas excluding the anodes, such that the transparent display device can have high transmittance.

Abstract: An electrode, a method of manufacturing the same, a light-emitting device, and a display device are provided, the electrode includes: a reflective layer; and two double-layer adjusting units stacked on the reflective layer, each including an insulating layer and a conductive layer sequentially arranged and directly contacted in a direction away from the reflective layer. For at least one unit, a via hole is provided in the insulating layer, an electrode lead formed integrally with the conductive layer is provided in the via hole, and electrically connected to the reflective layer through the electrode lead. In each unit, a difference between a thickness of the conductive layer and a thickness of the insulating layer does not exceed a set threshold configured to control the thickness of the insulating layer. The conductive layer farthest from the reflective layer locates on different levels in light-emitting regions of different types of light-emitting devices.
