    摘要: An auxiliary passage apparatus, an attachment, a liquid discharge head, and a ink jet head are provided. The auxiliary passage apparatus is detachably attached to a liquid discharge head and includes a main body portion including, a first surface, a second surface, a supply passage formed in the first surface and through which liquid passes to a discharge head, and an ejection passage formed in the second surface and through which liquid which is ejected from the discharge head passes. A part of the supply passage includes a first annular projection formed so as to protrude in a direction orthogonal to the first surface and a first flexible film adhered to a distal end of the first annular projection. A part of the ejection passage crosses an area on the second surface which is opposed to an area surrounded by the first annular projection.

Another inner vacuum container accommodates a function switch capable of having at least one of functions of a circuit breaker, a disconnector and a load switch. A plurality of electrode shields each surrounds the electrodes of the ground switch and of the function switch. The ground switch and the function switch are disposed in separate vacuum inner containers, respectively.

The alloy may further comprise 0.1-0.2 wt % Zr to facilitate the refinement of crystal grains. The alloy has a tensile strength of 40 kgf/mm.sup.2 or more and an elongation of 15% or more when plastically formed, solution-treated and aged to provide the highest strength.

    摘要: Provided are a method of manufacturing an electrode for a secondary battery which can properly maintain the temperature of a hot gas while requiring a smaller amount of hot gas, and a hot-gas drying furnace used for the method. A control device calculates an amount of decrease in temperature of a hot gas at a blowing position of a nozzle (first position) based on a temperature of the hot gas at second position situated downstream of the first position and a temperature of the hot gas at third position situated downstream of the second position. The control device adds the amount to a set temperature of the hot gas at the first position to calculate a modified set temperature. The control device adjusts an output of a heater depending on a difference between the modified set temperature and the temperature at the first position.
