摘要: A liquid ejecting head has a laminated flow path member on which a supply flow path for individually supplying a plurality of liquids to an element substrate and a collection flow path for individually collecting the liquids are formed. The supply flow path includes first and second common supply flow paths for horizontally leading first and second liquids to positions corresponding to a plurality of element substrates. The first and second common supply flow paths are formed in the same layer of the laminated flow path member. The collection flow path includes a first common collection flow path for horizontally collecting the first liquid and a second common collection flow path for horizontally collecting the second liquid from positions corresponding to the plurality of element substrates. The first and second common collection flow paths are formed in the same layer of the laminated flow path member.

摘要: An ink circulation system, including an ink cartridge, an ink tank, an ink pump, first, second, and third valves, a print head, a heating assembly, and a positive-negative pressure assembly, is provided. The ink cartridge has an output pipeline and an ink cartridge valve. The ink tank is disposed on one side of the ink cartridge and connected to the output pipeline. The ink pump is connected to the output pipeline and the ink tank through an ink pipeline. The first valve is connected to the ink tank through a first pipeline. The second valve is disposed on the output pipeline. The third valve is connected to the output pipeline and the ink pipeline through a return pipeline. The print head is connected to the ink tank and the return pipeline. The heating assembly is disposed in the ink tank. The positive-negative pressure assembly is connected to the first pipeline.

摘要: An inkjet printing apparatus is provided with a tank that stores ink, a print head that performs print operation by ejecting ink supplied from the tank, a circulation unit that establishes a circulating state to circulate ink in a circulation path if print operation is performed and establishes a stopped state to stop circulation of ink if print operation is terminated, and a deaeration unit that performs deaeration operation to deaerate ink inside the circulation path. The apparatus includes an estimation unit that estimates a dissolved gas amount in ink inside the circulation path based on dissolved gas amounts increased in the circulating state and in the stopped state, respectively, and a control unit that causes the deaeration unit to execute deaeration operation after completion of print operation if the dissolved gas amount estimated by the estimation unit exceeds a predetermined threshold.

摘要: A liquid ejection head includes a pressure chamber, an upstream channel, a downstream channel, a pump, an inflow channel, and a bypass channel. The upstream channel communicates with the pressure chamber to supply the liquid to the pressure chamber. The downstream channel communicates with the pressure chamber. The pump communicates with the upstream channel and the downstream channel to cause the liquid in the downstream channel to flow into the upstream channel. The inflow channel communicates with the upstream channel to cause the liquid to be supplied to the pressure chamber to flow into the upstream channel. The upstream channel and the downstream channel communicate with each other through the bypass channel without the pressure chamber being between the upstream channel and the downstream channel. Part of the liquid flowing from the upstream channel into the bypass channel flows into the pressure chamber through the downstream channel.
