    摘要: A safety circuit in an automatic transmission control system having a comparator producing a transmission shifting control signal wherein upon comparing a vehicular velocity responsive signal and a throttle opening responsive signal, the safety circuit comprises:a comparator whose inverting input terminal is supplied with the vehicular velocity responsive signal through a capacitor and whose non-inverting input terminal is supplied with a constant voltage signal which is lower than the inverting terminal signal at normal state, the comparator detecting the difference between the two input voltages;a transistor circuit for connecting to ground said transmission shifting control signal; anda latching circuit for latching the output signal of the transistor circuit,whereby an abrupt loss of the vehicluar velocity responsive signal is detected.

    摘要: A system for controlling the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic control circuit of an automatic, variable speed transmission during a shift operation is provided. The hydraulic control circuit includes a plurality of hydraulic pressure control valves, a plurality of flow path switching means and a plurality of solenoid valves for controlling the engagement and disengagement of clutches and brakes in the transmission. The energization of the solenoid valves disposed in the hydraulic control circuit is controlled by an electronic system, which comprises a large scale integrated semiconductor logic unit, a semiconductor read-only memory, a semiconductor read-write memory and as required, input/output ports. The semiconductor read-only memory stores, inter alia, hydraulic pressure control program data which become operative during a selected one of the shift modes, each of which comprises a combination of the current speed stage and the speed stage to be established, and which controls the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic control circuit by a repeated deenergization and energization of the solenoid valve for a given time interval during the shift operation.A signal indicative of a shift lever position is applied to the electronic system from a shift lever detecting means. Also a signal indicative of the current vehicle speed is applied thereto from a vehicle speed signal generating means. Finally, a signal indicative of a throttle opening is applied to the system from a throttle opening detecting means. In response to these signals and based on the constants data and the program data which are stored in the read-only memory, the electronic system determines a speed stage to be established. The hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic control circuit is controlled, simultaneously with a switching of the speed stage, on the basis of the hydraulic pressure controlling program data, thus reducing any rapid fluctuation of the vehicle speed or impulses during a shift operation.

The vibration damping device is adapted to damp vibrations resulting from a pulsation of torque applied to a rotary member by an oscillating motion of a rolling member connected with the rotary member while being allowed to rotate relatively therewith. The vibration damping device is provided with a casing member enclosing the rolling member, and a sealing member that connects the casing member with the rotary member in a manner such that the rotary member is allowed to rotate relatively with the casing member, while preventing oil from entering into an inner space of the casing member where the rolling member is held to oscillate.

A pivotal moving link (68) is disposed between the clevis pin (26) and a sensor pin (64) of a load sensor (30). A reaction force applied from the clevis pin (26) to the load sensor (30) always acts in a substantially constant direction (substantially leftward in FIG. 1A) even if the operating pedal (16) and an operating rod (22) are pivoted relatively around the axis of the clevis pin (26) in accordance with the depressing operation of the operating pedal (16). Thus, the detecting accuracy of the load sensor (30) is heightened, and variation in detecting accuracy is prevented, rendering the high reliability.

    摘要: A dynamic damper for attenuating torsional vibration of a rotary member, in which a weighted center of a rolling member is offset from a geometric center to trace an elliptical orbit of a cycloid pendulum. The dynamic damper including, a housing having a rolling surface on its inner surface is formed in a rotary member, and a rolling member held in the housing in a manner to be rolled on the rolling surface by torque pulse exerted on the rotary member. In the dynamic damper, a curvature of the rolling surface is entirely constant, and a radius of the rolling member is smaller than that of the rolling surface. A weighted center of the rolling member is offset from a geometric center thereof. The rolling member is guided by a guiding mechanism to roll on the rolling surface.
