Abstract: A data processing method and a terminal device, where the method includes obtaining a speed of the terminal device, receiving a first communications service, disabling a preset reminder of the first communications service when the speed of the terminal device exceeds a first preset value, and enabling the preset reminder of the first communications service when the speed of the terminal device decreases to a second preset value, where the second preset value is less than or equal to the first preset value. The data processing method and the terminal device are used for a user reminder of a terminal device in a vehicle mode.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes devices, systems, and methods that can be used to collect sensor data from, for instance, a sensor device that has been embedded in an article of apparel. The sensor device can be used, for instance, to monitor the athletic activity of an individual wearing the apparel into which the electronic device has been embedded. Embodiments of the sensor device include a memory, a wireless interface, and one or more processor. With these elements, the sensor device may receive instructions indicating what sensor data to collect, collect the sensor data, store the sensor data, and transmit the stored sensor data to the remote device upon completion of the activity.

In one aspect, a computer-readable medium on a mobile computing device comprising an inter-application communication data structure to facilitate transitioning and distributing data between software applications in a shared app group for an operating system of the mobile computing device includes a scheme field of the data structure providing a scheme id associated with a target software app to transition to from a source software app, wherein the scheme id is listed on a scheme list stored with the source software app; and a payload field of the data structure providing data and/or an identification where to access data in a shared file system accessible to the software applications in the shared app group, wherein the payload field is encrypted.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining when to cease capturing video via a head-worn wearable device. The method includes capturing, via a head-worn wearable device that includes a camera, video data. The method further includes, while capturing the video data, monitoring sensor data indicating one or both of (i) a position of the head-worn wearable device and (ii) a position of a wrist-wearable device that is communicatively coupled with the head-worn device to determine when to cease capturing the video data. The method further includes, in accordance with a determination that at least some of the sensor data indicates that one or both of (i) a video-capturing precondition is not present at the head-worn wearable device and (ii) a video-viewing precondition is present at the wrist-wearable device, ceasing to capture the video data and causing the video data to be displayed on a display of the wrist-wearable device.

Abstract: A hearing aid system comprises a hearing aid, and a portable auxiliary device’ adapted to establish a communication link between them. The hearing aid comprises a microphone providing an electric input signal, a signal processor, and an output unit. The auxiliary device comprises a microphone providing an auxiliary electric input signal, and a user control interface allowing a user to initiate a specific calibration mode of operation of the hearing aid system. The signal processor of the hearing aid is configured to receive corresponding time segments of said electric input signal and said auxiliary electric input signal to provide an estimate of an acoustic transfer function from said microphone of said auxiliary device to said microphone of said hearing aid. A method of operating a hearing aid system is further disclosed. The invention may e.g. be used in various applications related to own voice detection and estimation.
