摘要: A housing of portable electronic device includes a glass member and a plastic member formed in the glass member. The glass member includes a base plate, a plurality of sidewalls substantially vertically extending from the base plate. Each two neighboring sidewalls form a gap portion. The base plate includes a first inner surface, and each sidewall includes a second inner surface and an outer surface opposite the second inner surface. The plastic member fit closely against the first inner surface and the second inner surface. The plastic member further includes at least one protrusion portion positioned at the outer surface of the sidewalls and covered above at least one of the gap portions. A method of manufacturing the housing is also provided.

摘要: Components are produced by injecting a thermoplastic melt into a mold, wherein a flat blank of two or more fiber woven or non-crimp fiber fabrics connected at one or both sides thereof with a randomly oriented fiber layer and impregnated with a thermoplastic is heated to above the softening temperature of the thermoplastic, the thus expanded porous blank is laid out adjacent to one of the two inner walls of the mold, the mold is closed, compressing the blank, reopened to a desired width, and thermoplastic melt is injected into the porous core. Components with the shape of flat, bent, curved or buckled plates prepared by the process are particularly useful in automotive applications

摘要: A container comprising a substantially rigid body formed at least partially of transparent material and having a neck defining an opening providing access to the container cavity, and a bag positioned in the interior of the body. The bag being formed of thermoplastic material and having a neck from which there radially extends a flange which rests on a free edge of the neck of the body and defines a hole for providing access to the cavity of the bag and for sealedly housing the body of a hermetic pump operable manually to withdraw the fluid substance from the bag and feed it to the outside through its dispensing stem. The bag being formed by hot blow moulding of a preform positioned directly within the container. A decorative and/or informative sheet detached from the opening being interposed between said container and said bag, and being visible from the outside of the container.

摘要: An injection-molding mold has a pair of mold parts each in turn having a generally annular outer edge and a generally annular inner edge directed in a closing direction. The mold parts fit together on closing in the direction with a workpiece between them and with the outer edges engaging each other and the inner edges engaging opposite faces of the workpiece. The inner edges form with the outer edges an annular compartment containing an outer periphery of the workpiece engaged between the inner edges and one of the mold parts is formed with a port opening into the compartment. In accordance with the invention a body forming at least part of one of the inner edges is movable on the respective mold part in the closing direction, and structure is provided for displacing the body in the closing direction away from the respective mold part for engagement with the workpiece on closing of the mold and for positioning the body in the direction relative to the respective mold part.

摘要: An optical device producing method includes: Step A of forming a wall portion surrounding an application region for a photocurable resin composition on an optical member or a transparent panel; Step B of applying a photocurable resin composition to the application region; Step C of forming a laminate by laminating the optical member and the transparent panel via the photocurable resin composition under a reduced-pressure atmosphere lower than atmospheric pressure; and Step D of removing babbles in the photocurable resin composition by pressurizing the laminate. In Step B, at least the height of the photocurable resin composition on the side of the wall portion is made higher than the height of the wall portion, and the photocurable resin composition is applied so that the laminate formed in Step C has a plurality of separated spaces separated by bubbles formed in the thickness direction of the photocurable resin composition.
