    Abstract: The present invention relates to a nitric oxide water generating system including: a nitric oxide generating part for generating nitric oxide steam from water and air supplied to a reaction chamber through arc discharge; a refining part connected to the nitric oxide generating part to refine the nitric oxide steam generated from the nitric oxide generating part into high purity nitric oxide steam through an adsorbent filtration material; a condensing part connected to the refining part to condense the nitric oxide steam refined by the refining part into nitric oxide water in liquid phase through a water-cooling chiller and an air-cooling chiller; and a purifying part connected to the nitric oxide generating part and, if the water in the reaction chamber becomes turbid, for automatically purifying the turbid water in accordance with a signal sensed from a sensor for sensing a pre-set electric current value of a discharge power source.

    Abstract: The invention includes systems for producing a selective oxidation product that include an oxidant gas source providing an oxidizing agent; a delivery system for the oxidizing agent in fluid communication with the oxidant gas source, wherein the delivery system delivers the oxidizing agent into a plasma reactor, and wherein the plasma reactor energizes the oxidizing agent as a plasma to produce activated oxidant species; a secondary reactant source providing a secondary reactant in a secondary reactant stream that is separated from the oxidant gas, wherein the secondary reactant stream is directed to contact the activated oxidant species in a reaction zone, and wherein the contact between the activated oxidant species and the secondary reactant in the reaction zone produces a reaction that yields the selective oxidation product.

    Abstract: A universal chemical processor (UCP) including a reactor vessel having a central longitudinal axis and main chamber comprises a first inlet port for a main feedstock, a second inlet port for a fluidizing medium and a third inlet port for one or more reactants. The UCP also includes a reactive radioactive chemical processor (R2CP) that contains a radioactive element positioned extending along the longitudinal axis in the main chamber. In operation, a fluidized bed can be supported in the main chamber when a fluidizing medium and feedstock are supplied to the main chamber through the first and second inlet ports and the radioactive element of the R2CP emits ionizing radiation that is capable of ionizing feedstock and reactants, inducing chemical reactions, and sterilizing and decomposing any organic materials within a radiation zone.
