    摘要: A live portion protection structure includes a high-voltage electric wire that has a conductor and an insulating cover covering the conductor, a conductive terminal fitting that is connected to the conductor exposed from the high-voltage electric wire, an insulating housing that receives a connection part between the terminal fitting and the conductor, a regulation member that is disposed in a reception path for receiving the connection part into the housing, and an insulating extra-length portion that is provided in the cover. When a part or all of the connection part on a side of the conductor drops out from the housing, the extra-length portion abuts against the regulation member so as to be moved to an outside of the part or all of the connection part to thereby cover the part or all of the connection part.

    摘要: An electrically contacting fastening device has a threaded bolt and a nut, between which an electric contact element can be arranged. The threaded bolt has a contacting portion for creating planar contact with the contact element, and a threaded portion. The nut can be secured on the threaded bolt by way of the threaded portion and at an end face has a contacting area for creating planar contact with the contact element. The threaded portion of the threaded bolt is provided with a lubricant coating and the contacting portion of the threaded bolt, the contact element and the end-face contacting area of the nut are permanently free of lubricant.

The cable lug or functional part has a tubular receiving portion for a cable, an integrally formed flat part connecting portion connected to the tubular receiving portion, the flat part connecting portion having a hole therethrough defined by a wall said hole having a central axis. The nut includes a body having an undercut. The nut is held captively and rotatably on the flat part connecting portion. The nut does not pass through the flat part connecting portion is held by a reshaped holding material portion of the flat part connecting portion which projects into the undercut. The reshaped holding material portion is accommodated in the undercut, and an axial clearance is provided between the reshaped holding material and the wall which defines the hole.

    摘要: Locking assemblies are provided for connecting to a stranded element. The locking assemblies include a housing with a receiving bore, locking bore, and aperture. The stranded element enters the housing through the receiving bore. A drive shaft can advance a locking element in the locking bore such that the locking element contacts the stranded element to apply a force to secure the stranded element to the locking assembly. Ends of the stranded element can be pushed by the locking element out of the housing through the aperture. The locking assemblies can be used for mechanical and/or electrical connections. Examples of stranded elements include electrical wires, mechanical stranded cables, rope, and other multi-strand materials.
