It is provided here that the at least one opening (23) of the opening region (22) is connected to a suction box (20) which as a component part of the discharge device has, at an end opposite the opening (23), a connector opening (29) for connecting to the conveying line (31), that at least one element which exerts an acceleration on the loosened ground in the region of the suction box (20) is provided, by way of which acceleration the ground loosened by the drilling tools (12) is able to be moved into the opening region (22) and/or through the opening (23) into the suction box (25), wherein the loosened ground (110) is acquired by the conveying medium (90) in the opening (23) and/or in the suction box (25) and is able to be discharged by way of the conveying line (31) by the suction unit.

The driving system (4) is mounted at the front end of the center pillar (1) of a device. The multiple device platforms (2) are sequentially mounted on the center pillar (1) of the device from rear to front. The personnel and material conveying system (5) and the safeguard system (7) are separately mounted on the device platforms at the rear of the driving system (4) and on the ground. The well wall support and protection system (6) is mounted on the device platforms at the rear of the driving system (4) and around the driving system (4). The shaft drilling machine solves the construction problem of large shafts in mines and the like, implements parallel construction operations of automated mechanical integrated complete devices having a series of functions such as shaft driving, residue discharging, support and protection, drainage and ventilation, facilitates dismounting and mounting of the device, saves preparation time, improves the construction efficiency, reduces construction cost, improves construction safety, and has a wide application range.

    摘要: The method for wire saw excavation provides a significant savings in time, effort, and expense in the cutting of a core of material from a solid substrate such as rock or concrete. A single downhole is formed, and a robotic excavator then forms a continuous, closed loop base passage at the distal end of the downhole to define the periphery of the core to be cut. When the base passage has been completed, the robotic excavator is removed and two subsurface guide pulleys are placed in the bottom of the downhole. A wire saw is passed from a first surface pulley around the first and second subsurface pulleys and back to a second surface pulley. The surface pulleys are advanced along the predetermined periphery of the core at the same rate as the subsurface pulleys, so that the saw simultaneously cuts the periphery and the bottom of the core.

    摘要: An apparatus for the sinking of a shaft in which a machine platform can be anchored against the wall of the incipient shaft and carries an orbiting tool for cutting away the floor of the shaft, thereby dumping the detritus into a pilot-bore hole continuously drilled by a pilot-bore unit. The latter has a head for advancing the pilot bore and is provided with a worm conveyor running centrally through the shaft to transfer the detritus to a bucket on a loading platform disposed above the main platforms and connected thereto for feed cylinders. The platforms have cylinder arrangements whereby they can be independently anchored to the vertical wall of the shaft.
