摘要: A sand spreader includes a sand storage chamber. Two sand discharge ports are disposed below the sand storage chamber, and are an upper-layer staggered sand discharge port and a lower-layer sand pressing plate sand discharge port, respectively. The upper-layer staggered sand discharge port comprises a left side sand discharge plate and a right side sand discharge plate configured to intersect with each other. Horizontal staggered ports are formed in a position at the bottom of the two sand discharge plates, and vertical spacing between the staggered ports is adjustable. Also comprised is the lower-layer sand pressing plate sand discharge port, including left and right side sand pressing plates. Vertical sand discharge ports are disposed between the sand pressing plates on the two sides, and the width of the vertical sand discharge ports is adjustable, so as to further facilitate control over the amount of discharged sand.

摘要: An assembly for directing bulk material from an upper conveyor to a lower conveyor is provided. The conveyors are relatively rotatable in yaw and the lower conveyor is pivotable in pitch. The assembly includes an upper hood portion, a vertical flow cone, and a bottom containment assembly. The upper hood portion redirects material from the upper conveyor downward through an exit aperture. The vertical flow cone underneath the upper hood portion is rotatable in yaw relative to the upper hood portion and is movable vertically relative to the upper hood portion. The vertical flow cone directs the bulk material from the exit aperture toward the lower conveyor. The bottom containment assembly is mounted to the lower conveyor, is movable lengthwise relative to the lower conveyor, is pivotable and movable vertically relative to the upper hood portion, and includes an aperture for receiving the material.

摘要: A mechanical rocker-arm type vertical feeding cushioning device, consisting of two identical cushioning units and a box body (7). The two cushioning units are respectively arranged with a certain height difference on the inner side of the box body (7). Each cushioning unit consists of a cushioning mechanism and a fixing hinge mechanism. The cushioning mechanism is composed of a cushioning plate (1), a spring (5) and a balance weight (6). The fixing hinge mechanism is composed of a hinge plate (2), a right angle circular rod (3) and an elastic limiting device (4). The cushioning plate (1) is fixed to the hinge plate (2) via connection holes and using bolts. The hinge plate (2) is welded to the right angle circular rod (3). The elastic limiting device (4) consists of two elastic limiting plates and a hollow iron ring in a welded manner. The right angle circular rod (3) is connected to the elastic limiting device (4) in a sleeved manner via the hollow iron ring of the elastic limiting device (4). An upper end of the spring (5) is connected to the right angle circular rod (3), and the balance weight (6) is suspended at a lower end of the spring (5). Material is fed to the cushioning plates via a feeding pipe, and falls down after being cushioned twice by the cushioning plates (1). The cushioning device repeatedly cushions and recovers under the joint effect of the cushioning plates (1) and the cushioning balances (6).

摘要: A concave conveyor belt idler system for use on the return run of a conveyor belt system, the idler being configured to maintain alignment of the belt and inherently adjust any misalignment thereof occurring during operation of the system. The concave conveyor belt idler system includes an elongated support member extending transversely of a conveyor belt return run and supporting a plurality of idler roller modules positioned such that the roller modules along the anterior side of the support member define a cave shape for supporting the conveyor belt, with the outer lateral edges at a lower elevation than the central portion of the conveyor belt. In a conveyor belt system the concave conveyor belt idler of the disclosed technology is positioned between two planate idler systems, on the return run, so that the center roller of the concave idler is in or near the plane of the belt as it traverses the planate idler systems, with the remaining rollers of the concave idler positioned below this plane.
