Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a first collision report (s), each first collision report indicating at least one first monitored subset of sidelink resources that were monitored by a remote sidelink UE. The method also includes transmitting a second collision report indicating allocation collisions detected by the UE on a second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources. Each of the second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources differing from each of the first monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources indicated in the received first collision report(s). The second collision report further comprising an indication of each of the second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources.

The A DSDA UE may support identification of a set of available radio frequency (RF) resources for communications, where the set of available RF resources include multiple RF components (e.g., transmit/receive antennas), RF baseband resources (e.g., processing resources that support processing and decoding of transmissions), or combinations thereof. The set of available resources may be shared between multiple SIMS, and the UE may identify different resource partitions of the set of available resources, with different resource partitions used to provide concurrent communications of both the first SIM and the second SIM based on parameters of each SIM.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for user equipment (UE) autonomous sidelink resource selection. A method that may be performed by a UE includes performing autonomous sidelink resource selection. The selection includes excluding resources, from a first resource set, associated with transmissions at a signal strength above a signal strength threshold to form a second resource set. The selection includes determining a resource amount in the second resource set is at or above a threshold percentage of a resource amount in the first resource set. The selection includes excluding, from the second resource set, resources associated with physical sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) without excluding resources associated with physical sidelink shared channels associated with the PSCCHs to form a third resource set. The selection includes randomly selecting resources for a PSCCH transmission from the third resource set. The method includes sending the PSCCH transmission using the randomly selected resources.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium at a transmitting user equipment (UE) in a distributed cellular vehicle-to-everything environment are disclosed to determine a schedule for transmissions on subchannels of multiple frequencies based on a set of UE-specific, dynamic, and performance related metrics or criteria. The metrics may include an estimated number of users on a subchannel, a best-bandwidth fit, channel loading conditions, transmission range, and quality requirements of an application, among others. Such a schedule for transmissions on subchannels of multiple frequencies may result in either an improved capacity utilization, an improved communication quality, or both.
