Abstract:
A connection for two items of installation equipment lined up beside each other with their end or broad sides against each other, in particular line-protection circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers and the like, whose housings are each formed from two shell-shaped housing parts. The connecting element has an approximately cylindrical base body with a first outer diameter onto which, on both sides, two radially springy spreading arms projecting axially in opposite directions are integrally molded. The outside diameter of the spreading arms is smaller than the outside diameter of the base body and free ends of the spreading arms have radially protruding lugs which, when assembled, latch in behind protrusions on the housings of the items of installation equipment located beside each other and to be connected by the connecting element.
Abstract:
A system in accordance with the present invention may include one or more processors, memory that receives instructions from the one or more processors according to a clock operating at a frequency, one or more programs stored in the memory, with instructions to: access media content; analyze the media content according to meta data, media characteristics, or other media-related data; and, create a media content object cluster according to the meta data, the media characteristics, or the other media-related data.
Abstract:
An installation switching device which rapidly disconnects short-circuit currents is provided. A contact lever is arranged at least partially in an air gap in a magnetic circuit such that, in case of a short circuit, the interaction between current flow and magnetic flux within the air gap can result in an electrodynamic force effect, which leads to rapid opening of at least one contact point. A switching mechanism acts via a first operating connecting line on the contact lever to open the contact point and/or to keep it open. In case of overcurrent tripping, an overcurrent release acts, by a switching mechanism and via a second operating connecting line, on the switching mechanism to open the contact point and keep it open. In case of short-circuit tripping, the contact lever acts via a third operating connecting line on the switching mechanism to keep the contact point open.
Abstract:
Some embodiments of the invention provide a computerized method for creating a scene selection from a marker for a multi-image content. The method allows identification of a multi-image content. The multi-image content includes several markers. Each marker represents an image of the multi-image content. The markers are identified to generate several scenes. Each generated scene is referenced to its corresponding marker from which it is identified.
Abstract:
In one implementation, a computer program product, encoded on a computer-readable medium, is provided. The computer program product is operable to cause a data processing apparatus to perform operations including generating a menu screen template, the menu screen template including one or more menu elements. The computer program product also causes a data processing apparatus to perform operations including incorporating user selected media content in the menu screen template and calculating a motion path associated with one or more menu elements, the calculated motion path being automatically adjusted according to parameters of the selected media content.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical switching device, having a thermal release, an electromagnetic release, and a switching mechanism with a latching point. A contact base for moving a contact member is located between the thermal release and the electromagnetic release. The thermal release is coupled to a release lever by means of a connecting rod passing over the contact base so that both the thermal release and the electromagnetic release open the latching point in the event of an overcurrent and/or short-circuit current.
Abstract:
An electrical switching device with a quick-action fastening apparatus is disclosed for snapping the switching device onto a top-hat mounting rail in a service distribution panel. The quick-action fastening apparatus comprising at least one movable tab, which is associated with the fastening face of the switching device housing by means of at least one connecting part, which is integrally formed in one piece with the switching device housing, and in the state in which it is snapped onto the top-hat mounting rail, engages behind a longitudinal edge of the top-hat mounting rail, the connecting part being spring-elastic and being made from a material which has different mechanical properties than the housing material.
Abstract:
The invention describes a universal structural element (1) for the purpose of forming in particular, three-dimensional structures, which structural element can be manufactured in a convenient manner efficiently, cost-effectively from the most varied materials and can be recycled in an environmentally-friendly manner, can be used and applied universally, enables a monolithic type of construction using similar connectors (5) for connecting similar structural elements together and with other elements at low assembly cost and allows disassembly or reconstruction work to be conducted in a straightforward and non-destructive manner, meets high static requirements and can preferably be standardized in modular dimensions. In accordance with the invention, a universal structural element (1) in the form of a profile body, having preferably a substantially square cross-section, comprises on all longitudinal sides undercut grooves (2) that are connected on the end sides (3) by means of intersecting undercut grooves (4) with preferably the same cross-section.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus are provided providing users with the ability to create and produce multimedia devices. In one aspect of the present invention, users are provided with the capability to easily and seamlessly create slideshows using multiple forms of graphic elements instead of just still pictures. In another aspect of the present invention, users are provided with the capability to create and modify the DVD menu that is required for DVDs to function properly on conventional DVD players. In still another aspect of the present invention, users are provided with an intuitive graphic interface that simply and clearly explains the trade offs the user must make in deciding which mode to record the DVD.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, devices, and computer program products are described for adaptive clustering. Serving cells may receive measurement information from mobile devices, and may each form reporting sets including measurement information for various cells. A CoMP (coordinated multi-point) control unit may receive the measurement information from each of a number of serving cells. The received measurement information may be aggregated for a population of the mobile devices. Based on the aggregated measurement information, cell clusters may be formed to perform coordinated transmissions, each including a different subset of the cells. An indication of the determined cell clusters may be transmitted to respective cells.
