    Abstract: A method for preparing a pixel defining layer (PDL), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) substrate prepared by the PDL, and a display device are provided, which can overcome the problem that the conventional PDL comprising hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials involves a complicated process. The method for preparing the PDL comprises: step 1: forming a mixed solution on a substrate to form a mixed solution film, in which the mixed solution includes a hydrophilic material, a hydrophobic material and a solvent; step 2: performing heat treatment on the mixed solution film to form a pixel defining material layer in which the content of the hydrophilic material on the upper portion is less than that of the hydrophilic material on the lower portion and the content of the hydrophobic material on the upper portion is more than that of the hydrophobic material on the lower portion; and step 3: forming a pattern of the PDL on the pixel defining material layer by a patterning process. This method for preparing a PDL is simple and easy to realize.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an organic light-emitting display substrate, a method of fabricating the same, an organic light-emitting display panel, and an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display substrate comprises a pixel defining layer provided on a base substrate and configured to define a sub-pixel region, the pixel defining layer comprises an accommodation area corresponding to a sub-pixel, and a groove located on an outer peripheral side of the accommodation area. In a process of forming an organic light-emitting layer by means of inkjet printing, excessive ink flows into the groove on the outer peripheral side of the accommodation area, which facilitates matching between a volume of ink for forming the organic light-emitting layer and a thickness of an actual organic light-emitting layer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a light-emitting device, array substrate, display device and manufacturing method of light-emitting device. The light-emitting device comprises a substrate and a pixel define layer provided on the substrate, the pixel define layer defines at least one pixel unit, each of which comprises a plurality of first electrodes, an organic layer provided on the plurality of first electrodes, and a second electrode provided on the organic layer. The light-emitting device, array substrate, display device and manufacturing method provided by the present invention can allow the formed film of the organic layer on the first electrodes to have good flatness and allow portions of the organic layer on different first electrodes to have substantially the same thickness, thus flatness and uniformity of the formed film of the organic layer in the light-emitting device is improved and further display quality of the light-emitting device is improved.
