    摘要: There is disclosed a method of producing a lever including a pair of side plates, an interconnecting portion interconnecting one ends of the two side plates, a lock arm formed at the interconnecting portion so as to be engaged with a male connector, excessive displacement prevention piece portions formed on and projecting respectively from opposite side portions of the lock arm, and a pair of displacement limitation ribs which are formed respectively at opposite ends of the interconnecting portion, and project in a direction away from the side plates, and are disposed outwardly respectively of the excessive displacement prevention piece portions, each excessive displacement prevention piece portion is disposed between the corresponding displacement limitation rib and the interconnecting portion, and thereafter the bent interconnecting portion is restored into its initial shape, thereby canceling the expansion of the gap between the displacement limitation ribs.

    摘要: To provide a lever-type connector in which a sufficient strength and durability of a lever are secured so that a fitting operation can be effected positively, and also a thin design of the lever is achieved, a lever-type connector 10 includes a female housing, a lever 20 pivotally mounted on the female housing, and a male housing for fitting to the female housing, and the female and male housings are completely fitted to each other by pivotally moving the lever 20 engaged with the male housing. The lever 20 includes a resin-made lever base 26, and metallic plates 27, and the lever base includes a pair of side plate portions 29 disposed contiguous respectively to wall surfaces of the female housing, and an interconnecting portion 31 interconnecting one ends of the side plate portions 29, and the metallic plates are attached respectively to the side plate portions 29 in contiguous relation thereto, and an elastic lock arm 30 for retaining engagement with the female housing is formed at the interconnecting portion 31. The plates 27 are attached respectively to those surfaces of the side plate portions 29 opposed respectively to the wall surfaces of the female housing such that each of the plates is interposed between the corresponding side plate portion 29 and the female housing.

Accordingly, the motion vector search can be performed in a wider range in a vertical or horizontal direction than in the conventional case within the same operation time.

    摘要: A metal hydride alkaline storage cell of the present invention comprises a positive electrode, a separator impregnated with an electrolyte, and a negative electrode comprising hydrogen-absorbing alloy powder. On the surface of the hydrogen-absorbing alloy powder, there is formed a layer of hydrogen-absorbing alloy oxide, and on the layer of the oxide, there is dotted a catalytic metal formed in a granular state by adding a substance soluble in the electrolyte. The substance is selected from the group consisting of a metal fluoride, a metal iodide, and a metal sulfide. The proportion of the metal fluoride, the metal iodide, or the metal sulfide in adding is restricted within the range of from 0.1 to 2.5 wt. % based on the weight of hydrogen-absorbing alloy powder. When the layer of the hydrogen-absorbing alloy oxide is formed on the surface of the hydrogen-absorbing alloy powder, the reaction area on the surface of the hydrogen-absorbing alloy is increased due to the roughness of the layer. Consequently, the catalytic action of the metal is fully utilized by dotting a catalytic metal on the alloy surface, and thereby the inner pressure characteristic high-rate charge characteristic) of a cell is improved.
