An apparatus for inputting commands required for controlling a mix signal and method thereof are disclosed. The present invention includes an input unit, a control unit converting an input signal received via the input unit to a per-source menu display command, the control unit controlling a per-source menu display image to be outputted based on a source information corresponding to a mix signal in accordance with the per-source menu display command, and a display for outputting the per-source menu display. Accordingly, a volume level is adjusted per a source signal included in such a mix signal as a video signal, an audio signal, and the like or an ambience (relative position) is adjusted. And, a user is always able to confirm information on a source signal (or object signal) associated with a mix signal (or synthetic object signal).

A feedback method for performing a feedback by using a codebook in Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system includes receiving, by the mobile station, a MIMO mode type information, generating feedback information by using the codebook selected according to the MIMO mode type information, and transmitting the feedback information to the base station. The codebook includes a SU-MIMO codebook and a MU-MIMO codebook, and the MU-MIMO codebook is formed by extracting codebook elements from the SU-MIMO codebook. As a result, the method maximizes a system throughput simultaneously while effectively reducing an amount of feedback information.

Provided is a method of fabricating a Schottky barrier transistor. The method includes (a) forming a pair of cavities for forming a source forming portion and a drain forming portion having a predetermined depth and parallel to each other and a channel forming portion having a fin shape between the cavities in a substrate; (b) filling the pair of cavities with a metal; (c) forming a channel, a source, and a drain by patterning the channel forming portion, the source forming portion, and the drain forming portion in a direction perpendicular to a lengthwise direction of the channel forming portion; (d) sequentially forming a gate oxide layer and a gate metal layer that cover the channel, the source, and the drain on the substrate; and (e) forming a gate electrode corresponding to the channel by patterning the gate metal layer, wherein one of the operations (b) through (e) further comprises forming a Schottky barrier by annealing the substrate.

An apparatus and method for controlling a linear compressor with an inverter unit. In the apparatus and method, a capacitor is connected between a driving motor and an inverter unit that applies a voltage to the driving motor according to an output frequency thereof, thereby preventing a jump phenomenon due to an inductance of the motor coil. Furthermore, the linear compressor is precisely controlled through the inverter unit, thereby enhancing stability of the apparatus.

A method of transmitting data using a plurality of subcarriers in a multi-antenna wireless communication system is disclosed. More specifically, the method includes receiving feedback information from a mobile station (MS), performing channel encoding and modulation independently on user data to be transmitted by each antenna using the received feedback information, determining a phase shift-based precoding matrix for increasing a phase angle of the user data by a fixed amount, and performing precoding using the determined phase shift-based precoding matrix on the user data.

An apparatus for effectively filtering and separating fine floc, algae, suspended solids, etc. remaining in water after biological and physiochemical treatment is provided. The fine filtering apparatus includes flexible fibers that control packing density, thus improving filtration efficiency, the amount of clarified water, and filtering duration, and reducing power consumption compared to a conventional filtering apparatus is provided. In the filtering apparatus, flexible fibers having an effective diameter of 1 to 60 μm and which are flexible, elastic, and have proper surface roughness extend in the longitudinal direction of the apparatus. A jacket shaped unit for supplying source water (supplied water) has a porous structure. Clarified water (treated water) is discharged through a central porous chamber. The whole filter media layer can be utilized as a particle-entrapping space.

The stirrer of the pet food dispenser includes a first flap extended from the first edge of the bottom layer of the dispensing disc, and the first flap is bent downwardly below the horizontal plane. In another embodiment, the stirrer includes an inner case and an elastic string member adjacently below the dispensing disc.
