    摘要： A print circuit board includes: a first surface; a guard plane disposed on an inner layer; a high insulated region formed on the first surface of the board so as to be opposed to the guard plane, the high insulated region being substantially surrounded by one or more first guard patterns; and a quasi-high insulated region formed on the first surface of the board so as to be disposed adjacent to the high insulated region. The quasi-high insulated region is substantially surrounded by at least a part of the one or more first guard patterns and by one or more second guard patterns, in which the one or more first guard patterns and the one or more second guard patterns are each formed by forming one or more trenches in the first surface of the board so as to expose the guard plane on a bottom surface of the trenches.

    摘要： A probe apparatus for examining an electrical characteristic of IC chips formed on a semiconductor wafer has a work table provided in a casing and a probe card provided above the work table. The probe card is detachably attached to an insert ring supported by the casing. A card exchanging mechanism for automatically attaching and detaching the probe card to and from the insert ring is provided. The card exchanging mechanism has a tray for mounting the probe card and transferring the-probe card. The tray is changeable at an initial position outside the casing between a usable state where the tray is horizontally expanded and an unusable state where the tray is vertically folded. An opening/closing cover is provided to cover the tray in the unusable state.

    摘要： When AC voltages in-phase to each other are superposed on the DC voltages applied to a pair of opposing electrodes of a quadrupole lens, the waveform of the intensity of the ion beam is disturbed only if the central orbit of ions is deviated from the center of the quadrupole lens. In view of this, adjustment of the central orbit of ions is facilitated with the help of variations in the waveform of the intensity of the ion beam while superposing the AC voltages in-phase to each other on the DC voltages applied thereto.

The 2-oxyindole derivatives have excellent effects on the inhibition of platelet aggregation.
