Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first conductive layer on a side of the base substrate; the first insulating layer on a side of the first conductive layer away from the base substrate; and a second conductive layer on a side of the first insulating layer away from the first conductive layer. The array substrate includes a pixel region and a signal input region, and a portion of the first insulating layer in the pixel region has a thickness less than that of a portion of the first insulating layer in the signal input region.

Abstract: A shift register unit, a gate driving circuit, a display device and a driving method are provided. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, an output circuit, a first reset circuit, a second reset circuit and a common reset circuit. The input circuit is configured to control a level of a first node in response to an input signal; the output circuit includes an output terminal and is configured to output an output voltage signal to the output terminal under control of the level of the first node; the common reset circuit includes a reset control terminal and is configured to reset the first node when a reset turn-on signal is input to the reset control terminal; and the first reset circuit is configured to provide the reset turn-on signal to the reset control terminal in response to a first reset signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device. Abstract: A mask frame, a mask body, a mask and a method for manufacturing the same are provided in the embodiments of the disclosure. The mask frame includes a loop shaped frame body comprising an outer boundary and an inner boundary, the inner boundary defining a space for receiving a mask body. The mask frame also includes a forced side and a non-forced side, the forced side being subjected to a pulling force of the mask body, the non-forced side being free from the force of the mask body. A width between the outer boundary of the forced side of the mask frame and the inner boundary corresponding to the outer boundary decreases gradually in a direction from a middle position on the forced side toward the non-forced side.

A projection of the barrier on the substrate covers that of the lightly doped drain region on the substrate. The projection of the barrier on the substrate does not overlap that of the source/drain regions. The barrier and the second electrode are in the same layer.

Abstract: A frame sealing glue includes a frame sealing glue body having an inner layer portion (211) and an outer layer portion (212). The frame sealing glue further includes an intermediate film layer (22) disposed between the inner layer portion (211) and the outer layer portion (212), and a plurality of enclosed spaces (P) are formed by the intermediate film layer (22) and the inner layer portion (211) or the outer layer portion (212) of the frame sealing glue body. A display panel and a display device are also provided. By means of the frame sealing glue, the display panel and the display device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it avoids a leakage phenomenon when the frame sealing glue is broken at different points, thereby increasing ability of the frame sealing glue for resisting external atmospheric pressure.
