    Abstract: A shift register unit, a gate driving circuit, a display device and a driving method are provided. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, an output circuit, a first reset circuit, a second reset circuit and a common reset circuit. The input circuit is configured to control a level of a first node in response to an input signal; the output circuit includes an output terminal and is configured to output an output voltage signal to the output terminal under control of the level of the first node; the common reset circuit includes a reset control terminal and is configured to reset the first node when a reset turn-on signal is input to the reset control terminal; and the first reset circuit is configured to provide the reset turn-on signal to the reset control terminal in response to a first reset signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device includes a first substrate, the first substrate being provided with a first relief groove, a second substrate, the second substrate being provided with a second relief groove, and a sealant. The sealant is sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate so as to seal the first substrate and the second substrate. Furthermore, the sealant is spaced apart from outer edges of the first substrate and the second substrate. The first relief groove is located between the sealant and the outer edge of the first substrate, and the second relief groove is located between the sealant and the outer edge of the second substrate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch driving circuit, a touch panel and a display device. A touch driving circuit, comprising: an input subcircuit, configured to receive an input signal which scans forward or backward; a shift register subcircuit, configured to shift register the input signal to generate an output control signal; an enable signal input subcircuit, configured to control an output of the output enable signal of the integrated circuit according to the output control signal; and an output subcircuit, configured to output a corresponding output signal according to the output enable signal. An embodiment of the present disclosure realizes the touch driving circuit with reduced usage of the integrated circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a method for fabricating the same, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate includes an active layer on a substrate, the active layer including a channel region, source/drain regions and a lightly doped drain region, a gate electrode and a first electrode on the active layer, and a gate electrode and the first electrode a first insulating layer, a barrier and a second electrode on the first insulating layer. A projection of the second electrode on the substrate at least partially overlaps that of the first electrode. A projection of the barrier on the substrate covers that of the lightly doped drain region on the substrate. The projection of the barrier on the substrate does not overlap that of the source/drain regions. The barrier and the second electrode are in the same layer.

    Abstract: A frame sealing glue includes a frame sealing glue body having an inner layer portion (211) and an outer layer portion (212). The frame sealing glue further includes an intermediate film layer (22) disposed between the inner layer portion (211) and the outer layer portion (212), and a plurality of enclosed spaces (P) are formed by the intermediate film layer (22) and the inner layer portion (211) or the outer layer portion (212) of the frame sealing glue body. A display panel and a display device are also provided. By means of the frame sealing glue, the display panel and the display device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it avoids a leakage phenomenon when the frame sealing glue is broken at different points, thereby increasing ability of the frame sealing glue for resisting external atmospheric pressure.
