    Abstract: A backlight module and display device is disclosed. The backlight module includes a light-shielding adhesive, a plastic frame, a reflective sheet, a light guide plate and an optical film. Wherein the reflective sheet, the light guide plate and the optical film are sequentially stacked, the plastic frame surrounds the reflective sheet, the light guide plate and the optical film; the light-shielding adhesive includes a first section and a second section connected with the first section, the first section is a double-sided adhesive, and the second section is a single-side adhesive, the first section is adhered to the plastic frame and the reflective sheet; one portion of the second section is adhered to an end surface of the plastic frame, the other portion of the second section is extended out from the backlight module. Accordingly, the present invention can realize a narrow-frame backlight module.

    Abstract: A flexible display panel is disclosed. The flexible display panel includes a flexible display unit and a curved state setting component. The flexible display unit includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface where the first surface is an emitting surface of the flexible display unit. The curved state setting component is fixed on the second surface to adjust the flexible display unit in a curved state. This disclosure allows the flexible display panel to remain in a curved state.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an array substrate for forming a display panel, comprising: a substrate; a thin-film transistor disposed on the substrate, the thin-film transistor comprising a drain electrode; a planarization layer disposed on the thin-film transistor, the planarization layer being provided with a first via hole for exposing the drain electrode; a pixel electrode layer disposed on the surface of the planarization layer away from the substrate, the pixel electrode layer covering the first via hole and being in contact with the drain electrode; and a photoresist layer covering the pixel electrode layer, and the photoresist layer filling the first via hole which is covered with the pixel electrode layer. The present invention solves the issues caused by the height difference in products.

    Abstract: The present disclosure proposes an in-cell touch display panel and a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit. A pre-charging circuit is arranged on an nth stage GOA unit circuit of the GOA circuit and the in-cell touch display panel. A first node controlling signal on a first node of an (n+2)th stage GOA unit circuit is pre-charged, reducing a risk of failure of stage-by-stage signal transmitting arising from poor holding voltage of the GOA unit circuit during the signal suspending and improving reliability of the GOA circuit.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal panel includes oppositely disposed upper and lower substrates having a liquid crystal disposed therebetween. A surface of the upper substrate and a surface of the lower substrate are formed with viewing angle upper and lower electrodes respectively, and a length of the lower electrode is shorter than that of the upper electrode. The upper electrode completely covers projection of the lower electrode on the upper substrate. A region between the upper and lower electrodes includes adjacent main body region and pretilt region, the pretilt region is corresponding to edges of the upper and lower electrodes, and portions of the upper and lower electrodes corresponding to the main body region have same sizes. A liquid crystal display device and a method for improving liquid crystal rotation obstacle further are provided. Accordingly, a response time of viewing angle switching is reduced and viewing angle symmetry is improved.

The light-emitting diode includes: an emissive layer, an electron transportation layer and a hole transportation layer that are respectively set in contact with upper and lower surfaces of the emissive layer, a first electrode set in contact with the hole transportation layer, and a second electrode set in contact with the electron transportation layer; and the electron transportation layer is formed of a material comprising graphene so that the excellent electrical conduction property and heat conduction capability of the graphene material help improve the heat dissipation capability and electron transportation capability of the light-emitting diode the electron transportation layer so as to enhance the service life and lighting efficiency of the light-emitting diode.
