Abstract: A laminated Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The laminated OLED display panel includes: a pixel partition layer, which defines a plurality of openings; a first charge generate layer, which has a first doping type, being positioned on the pixel partition layer; and a second charge generate layer, which has a second doping type, being positioned on the first charge generate layer. The laminated OLED display panel further includes: a barrier layer, which is positioned between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and at least corresponds to a position of the pixel partition layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a shift register unit and a driving method thereof, a gate driving device and a display device. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, an output circuit, a pull-down circuit, a first pull-down control circuit, and a second pull-down control circuit, wherein the second pull-down control circuit is provided with a first pull-down compensation transistor and a second pull-down compensation transistor and connected to a second power supply voltage, to compensate a threshold voltage drift of a second pull-down control transistor in the second pull-down control circuit so as to avoid abnormality of the shift register unit which would be caused by the threshold voltage drift of the second pull-down control transistor driven by a long-time high voltage, thereby ensuring the stability of the shift register unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gate driving circuit, a method for detecting the gate driving circuit, an array substrate and a display apparatus. The gate driving circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded gate driving units, access units, a first signal line and a second signal line. Each access unit is connected to its corresponding gate driving unit and the gate driving unit at the next stage to its corresponding gate driving unit. The access unit corresponding to the gate driving unit at each odd stage is connected to the first signal line such that the first signal line detects an output signal from that gate driving unit via the access unit, and the access unit corresponding to the gate driving unit at each even stage is connected to the second signal line such that the second signal line detects an output signal from that gate driving unit via the access unit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides a panel drive device and a display device. The panel drive device includes an interface module, a voltage conversion module and a compensation module. The interface module includes a first input end and a first output end. The voltage conversion module includes a second input end and a second output end. The first output end is coupled with the second input end. A voltage at the first input end is a first voltage, a voltage at the first output end is a second voltage, a voltage at the second input end is a third voltage signal and a voltage at the second output end is a fourth voltage signal. The compensation module is configured to generate a compensation voltage signal according to the third voltage signal and apply the compensation voltage signal to the first input end or the first output end, so that the third voltage signal equals to the first voltage signal. The panel drive device and the display device according to embodiments of the present disclosure are able to compensate for the losses in the transmission cables as well as in the wires of the printed circuit board, thereby avoiding abnormal operations of the liquid crystal panel.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. The method for manufacturing a display panel includes: providing a TFT substrate; dispersing graphene and metal nanowires in a hydrophilic solvent to form a hydrophilic conductive ink; applying the hydrophilic conductive ink onto the TFT substrate to form a composite electrode layer; forming, on the composite electrode layer, a pixel defining layer having a plurality of openings at least partially exposing the composite electrode layer; applying hydrophilic organic ink into the plurality of openings of the pixel defining layer to form an organic layer; drying the composite electrode layer and the organic layer to form a first electrode and an organic light emitting structure; and forming a second electrode on the organic light emitting structure and the pixel defining layer.
