摘要: A surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container includes a steel sheet, an iron-nickel diffusion layer formed on the steel sheet, and a nickel layer formed on the iron-nickel diffusion layer and constituting the outermost layer. When the Fe intensity and the Ni intensity are continuously measured from the surface of the surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container along the depth direction with a high frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometric analyzer, the thickness of the iron-nickel diffusion layer being the difference (D2−D1) between the depth (D1) at which the Fe intensity exhibits a first predetermined value and the depth (D2) at which the Ni intensity exhibits a second predetermined value is 0.04 to 0.31 μm; and the total amount of the nickel contained in the iron-nickel diffusion layer and the nickel contained in the nickel layer is 10.8 to 26.7 g/m2.

摘要: A secondary battery suppresses an occurrence of a welding defect as much as possible. A negative electrode includes, at a first major surface of a negative electrode foil having a band shape, a first negative electrode active material covered part covered with a negative electrode active material layer, a first negative electrode active material uncovered part extending in a longitudinal direction of the negative electrode foil, and a first insulating layer provided between the first negative electrode active material covered part and the first negative electrode active material uncovered part. The negative electrode further includes, at a second major surface which is another major surface of the negative electrode foil, a second negative electrode active material covered part covered with a negative electrode active material layer, a second negative electrode active material uncovered part extending in the longitudinal direction of the negative electrode foil, and a second insulating layer provided between the second negative electrode active material covered part and the second negative electrode active material uncovered part. When at least a negative electrode side of an electrode wound body is viewed in a section taken along a plane including a central axis, the first major surface faces toward the central axis of the electrode wound body, and furthermore, the first insulating layer is smaller in length than the second insulating layer.

A permeable membrane is disposed on top of the anode material. A second conductor mesh is disposed on top of the permeable membrane and a cathode material is embedded into the second conductor mesh. A second encapsulation layer is disposed on top of the cathode material.

摘要: The present application provides a package structure for a chemical system, which comprises an inner glue frame and a first outer glue frame. The inner glue frame forms an accommodating space for accommodating a chemical system. The first outer glue frame is further disposed outside the inner glue frame and used for isolating the ambient environment and thus avoiding the influence of the ambient environment on the chemical system. A second outer glue frame is further disposed for avoiding damages such as side bumps and falls of the chemical system or contact with foreign metals. Thereby, the performance of the chemical system can be maintained.

The battery case has an inner layer adjacent to the electrode assembly and an outer layer of a material exhibiting lower thermal conductivity than the inner layer. The inner layer and the outer layer having a welding portion, at which only the predetermined regions of the inner layer and the outer layer are fixed.

摘要: Provided is a casing for a lithium metal secondary battery including: a battery casing material; at least one releasable capsule attached at least partially or totally to the inner surface of the casing material to cover the inner surface of the casing material; and a release solution supported in the releasable capsule, wherein the releasable capsule includes a capsule coating film and a capsule inner space surrounded with the capsule coating film, the release solution is supported in the capsule inner space, and the release solution includes a release agent and a solvent. A lithium metal secondary battery including the casing and a method for manufacturing the same are also provided. It is possible to increase releasability of the negative electrode in a lithium metal secondary battery and to improve nail safety by using the releasable capsule according to the present disclosure.
