    摘要: The disclosure relates to a pneumatic control system for a working cylinder, which pneumatic control system enables resistance-free manual motion of the device driven by the working cylinder in the event of a failure or switch-off of the compressed air supply and is independent of electrical supply. The problem is solved by means of a pneumatic control system having a double-acting working cylinder, the two chambers of which can be connected oppositely to a compressed air source and a compressed air outlet by means of a controllable supply device having two operating positions, an independently resetting 3/2-way valve switchable by means of a control pressure being arranged before each chamber in a connecting line to the supply device, which 3/2-way valves connect the chambers to bleeding outlets in a first switching position and to the supply device in a second switching position, and a parallel circuit of a check valve and a throttle point being arranged before each chamber, the check valves of which parallel circuits block in the backflow direction, wherein the two 3/2-way valves assume the first switching position in the idle position and can be switched by means of a common control line, which is connected to both connecting lines to the supply device downstream of the 3/2-way valves by means of a changeover valve, and the parallel circuits are arranged in the connecting lines downstream of the respective 3/2-way valves.

    摘要: A door for closing a chamber opening in a chamber wall of a vacuum chamber in relation to a surrounding space, in which the vacuum chamber is located, includes a door housing arranged, a closing member arranged in the surrounding space, and a rod, to which the closing member is connected. A first movement of the rod, through which the closing member is displaced from an open position into an intermediate position, occurs as a displacement of the rod in a longitudinal axis direction, and a second movement of the rod subsequent thereto is a displacement at an angle to the longitudinal axis or a pivoting about a pivot axis which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis from the intermediate position into a closed position. The rod is moveably mounted via the bearing elements, that are arranged in an inner space of the door housing that is sealed with respect to the surrounding space or is connected to the surrounding space via a passage, with a filter, extending through a housing wall of the door housing. The rod is guided out of the inner space in a sealed manner.

The first door panel is operated by the power module to move upward or downward. The moving distance of the second door panel is larger than that of the first door panel.     摘要: A pneumatic door control equipped with a door control valve for operating a door drive to an open or a closed position. The door control valve has an opening and a closing solenoid-operated pilot valve and an opening and closing spool valve, each operable to a passage or a vent position. A shuttle valve is part of the control valve and works in conjunction with an operator-controlled emergency valve to vent both spool valves simultaneously. A differential pressure switch is connected to the door drive to sense abnormal pressure expended in a door-opening or closing movement. Such an occurrence will output a signal to an electronic switching device which also monitors, via limit switches, whether a door is fully opened or fully closed. If excess pressure occurs during a door-closing movement, the switching device will trigger the control valve to reverse to the opening position. If excess pressure occurs during an opening movement, the switching device triggers both solenoid-operated pilot valves simultaneously. The control valve has a non-return valve which recognizes the dual triggering condition and outputs to the shuttle valve so that the two spool valves can be vented simultaneously. A throttle valve is disposed between the emergency valve and control valve for restricting the flow of pressurized air following an emergency condition.

    摘要: A pneumatic release system has an inlet arranged to be connected, in use, to a supply of pressurised fluid, and an outlet arranged, to be connected, in use, to an end device. The system defines therethrough, a flow path for fluid from the inlet to the outlet. The system includes a piston mounted in and axially moveable relative to a cylinder, the inlet and outlet defined in the cylinder. The piston has a piston end on which are mounted upper and lower seals and is biased to a first closed position, in which the upper and lower seals define a chamber within the cylinder to retain pressurised fluid from the inlet, the upper seals preventing flow of the fluid from the chamber to the outlet, and wherein an external force applied to the piston moves the upper seals away from sealing engagement with the cylinder.
