    摘要： An integrated circuit leadframe is specially adapted to adhere to injection mold cleaning compounds in the area of vents for an injection mold. An area of a leadframe rail that is normally positioned adjacent a mold vent is provided with apertures, surface roughness or a surface coating to cause the cleaning compound to more tightly adhere to the leadframe rail. As a result, cleaning compound flash is removed from the vents when the leadframe is removed from the mold.

    摘要： This invention provides a method for chamber conditioning with deposition mode. The method includes performing organic gas introduced constantly into a chamber, wherein said organic gas comprises halogen. Adhesive polymers are formed from said organic gas and particles in the chamber, and deposited onto the wall of the chamber to form heavy polymers subsequently. It is necessary to make a similar chamber condition for manufacturing every batch of wafer. In other words, the development of a non-ignored pollution problem, which is increasing with batches of the manufacturing of wafers will not occur. By using said method of deposition mode, it is speedily and easy to decrease the amount of particles in the chamber for the requirement for wafer manufacturing.

    摘要： A method for removing a stain from a surface of a structure which includes the steps of spraying an aggregating agent comprising a cationic linear organic polymer onto the surface of such structure having a stain produced thereon, dissociating the stain particles by use of Coulomb force f generated between the stain particles and the aggregating agent, displacing slightly the stain particles along the surface of the structure to cause peeling thereof from the surface to be cleaned, and simultaneously, aggregating the same for cleaning. Another embodiment includes maintaining water permeability of a road by easily eliminating a stain adhering to the surfaces of granular aggregate particles forming a drainage-type pavement layer of a road without the use of various mechanical tools. Other embodiments include the steps of depositing an aggregating agent for soil improvement comprising a cationic organic polymer onto a drainage-type pavement layer of a road, and eliminating the aggregated stain particles adhering to the surfaces of the granular aggregate particles constituting the drainage-type pavement layer and settling in voids.

    摘要： A marble and brick surface restoring composition comprising a mixture of trisodium phosphate, talc and sugar, which is prepared by dissolving the trisodium phosphate in boiling water to which is added the talc and sugar to form a paste. The paste is applied to the surface to be restored by a suitable applicator such as a brush or trowel; the coated surface is covered with a thin plastic sheet and the coating is allowed to set. The composition is removed from the restored surface by a squeegee and the surface is rinsed with water or steam.When restoring detailed surfaces, such as headstones, cheese cloth is first wrapped around the surface and the paste is sprayed thereon to form a poultice which is covered with a thin plastic sheet. After setting, the poultice is peeled from the surface and the restored surface is rinsed with water or steam.
