摘要: The present disclosure relates to a treatment tool sterilizer with a micro bubble type ozone water supply. The treatment tool sterilizer includes a sterilization tub configured to accommodate an object to be sterilized; a fresh water supply; an ozone water supply including a pressure pump configured to pressurize and transfer fresh water, an ozone generator, a mixer configured to mix fresh water and ozone, and a bubble generator connected to the mixer and configured to pass fresh water and ozone through the bubble generator so as to form micro bubbles; an ultrasonic generator; a drain; a heater mounted on the sterilization tub and configured to apply heat in the sterilization tub; and a controller configured to output a control signal.

摘要: An ozone injector device comprising a housing, a corona tube disposed within the housing and configured to generate ozone, a check-valve having a first end removably coupled to the water passageway and a second end configured to receive ozone, the second end having a cavity with a movable float contained therein, an ozone inlet fitting removably coupled to the second end of the check-valve, the ozone inlet being in fluid communication with the corona tube via a corona discharge tube such that ozone entering the water passageway through the ozone inlet must pass through the check valve, and a spring-loaded clearing piston positioned to move into and out of the water passageway directly opposite the ozone inlet, the clearing piston being biased upwards, and configured to prevent flow of ozone into the water passageway.

摘要: Disclosed are materials/systems and methods that are selective for the formation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) via an electrochemical reaction. The materials/systems comprise a substrate and at least one pair of electrodes positioned on or within the substrate, wherein each pair of electrodes comprises an anode and a cathode. At least one of the anode and the cathode comprise a catalyst that can form hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The catalyst can comprise a nanoporous Cu catalyst.

摘要: A medical apparatus remanufacturing method includes: disassembling a housing including a first housing and a second housing. The first housing can include a boss that is press-fitted to a boss hole of a press-fitted portion of a second housing to form an assembled state in which the first housing and the second housing are assembled to each other. The housing is disassembled by changing a temperature of at least one of the boss or the press-fitted portion to decrease a contact surface pressure between the boss and the boss hole, and removing the boss from the boss hole to release the assembled state.

Methods of making the solid compositions using a concentrated alkali metal hydroxide beneficially reduces or eliminates the use of solid caustic beads commonly used to make solid caustic compositions for use in cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting.

摘要: Methods of manufacturing a light-activated powder are provided which provide solid-state generation and release of chlorine dioxide without detectable amounts of any toxic by-products such as chlorine gas, chlorites, or chlorates. The powder need not be exposed to moisture, relative humidity, or an acid before or during exposure of the powder to visible light to generate the gas. The powder can also be prepared under conditions that minimize or prevent decomposition or oxidation of sodium chlorite or premature light activation of the powder during the manufacturing process to maximize its activity.
