摘要: A catheter for removing an object in a body lumen includes a rotatable drive shaft including a spiral portion having a spiral shape near a distal end of the drive shaft, an outer tube surrounding the drive shaft, a cutting member connected to the distal end of the drive shaft to be rotated by the drive shaft with respect to a rotation axis and by which the object is cut, a guide wire tube attached to a distal portion of the outer tube, extending substantially straight along a center spiral axis of the spiral portion, and having a first guide wire lumen, and a distal tip attached to a distal end of the guide wire tube and having a second guide wire lumen extending parallel to the rotation axis and communicating with the first guide wire lumen.

摘要: A treatment method reduces the time required to exchange a long catheter which is introduced from an arm to treat the lower limb artery. The treatment method involves introducing a first catheter from an artery of one arm of the patient to dispose a distal portion of the first catheter at least in front of the lesion area in the lower limb artery; introducing a second catheter from an artery of the other arm of the patient; disposing a first treatment catheter in the lesion area through the first catheter; treating the lesion area with the first treatment catheter; and assisting the treatment with the second catheter and/or a second treatment catheter that is inserted into the second catheter.

摘要: A catheter is disclosed, which includes an inner tube, and a coil tube disposed on an outer peripheral side of the inner tube, the inner tube being a coil obtained by winding a wire. In addition, in the coil tube, a first coil and a second coil are arranged concentrically with each other. The first coil and the second coil have mutually different winding directions of the wire. Then, the inner tube and the coil tube are rotatable relative to each other around a central axis of the coil tube. In addition, in a natural state where no external force is applied to the catheter, a gap is formed between the inner tube and the coil tube.

摘要: An ultrasound probe includes a probe body including a side surface and a bottom surface, a display unit on the side surface, first and second imaging units arranged on the bottom surface, separated from each other in a first direction, and each configured to acquire a cross-sectional image of a human body, and a controller configured to determine a position of a blood vessel using the cross-sectional image acquired by each of the first and second imaging units, determine an orientation of the blood vessel based on the determined position of the blood vessel, and control the display unit to display an indicator indicating the orientation of the blood vessel.

摘要: An information processing device that includes a classification image data acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of classification image data classified into a plurality of regions including a first intraluminal region into which the image acquisition catheter for a three-dimensional scan is inserted and a second intraluminal region into which the image acquisition catheter is not inserted; a merging determination unit configured to determine whether the second intraluminal region in a first catheter image merges with the first intraluminal region in a second catheter image acquired at a different axial position; and an image output unit configured to output a region image including the first intraluminal region based on the plurality of classification image data, and outputs, only the second intraluminal region that is determined to merge by the merging determination unit, together with the first intraluminal region as the region image.
