摘要: A device may receive information from a unified database, wherein the information includes a Service Profile Identifier (SPID); select a Quality-of-Service (QoS)-related identifier (ID) at least based on the SPID; and either map a radio bearer to a flow associated with a User Equipment device (UE) or configure a component to map the radio bearer to the flow. After mapping the radio bearer to the flow, the device may send data from the flow to the UE based on the QoS related ID. After configuring the component, the device may forward the SPID to a second component for sending the data from the flow to the UE based on the QoS-related ID.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for providing a differentiated neighbor list that can be individually generated for a specific service (e.g., per service) based on network service information, which can include, but is not limited to, a user equipment (UE) group identifier (ID), network slicing and/or quality of service (QoS) flow, and the like. Neighbors within the differentiated list can be characterized based on, but not limited to, service types, distance to devices, transport costs, service locations, and the like, or some combination thereof. The disclosed framework can generate and dynamically update a differentiated neighbor list for specific types of services so that optimal neighbor selection is performed for the type of service a UE is operating within to ensure that a network connection is maintained at a threshold satisfying QoS.

摘要: A method for paging priority and wireless access which includes receiving, at a base station and from a core network, a paging message associated with a priority connection from a first user equipment device (UE) having an elevated priority status, to a second UE having a non-elevated priority status. The method further includes determining, at the base station, that non-elevated priority wireless access channels are congested, detecting, at the base station, a priority indicator within the received paging message in response to determining that the non-elevated priority wireless access channels are congested. The method further includes caching, at the base station, an identifier of the second UE in response to detecting the priority indicator in the received paging message, and establishing a wireless connection between the first UE and the second UE upon verifying that the identifier of the second UE has been cached.

Handover processing is initiated based on the predictive handover schedule, wherein initiating the handover processing comprises: transmitting one or more handover initiation messages to a plurality of cell sites in a service provider wireless network at times based on the predictive handover schedule, wherein, upon receipt of a handover initiation message, the plurality of cell sites will initiate handover processing based on the received handover initiation message.
