    Abstract: A method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes identifying a condition for providing an energy status report (ESR) and determining one or more values of an available energy level corresponding to one or more time instances. A first value of the available energy level, from the one or more values, at a first time instance, from the one or more time instances, is determined based on a first value of a maximum transmit energy level at the first time instance. The first value of the maximum transmit energy level is determined based on the first time instance. The method further includes determining a first ESR comprising the one or more values of the available energy level and the corresponding one or more time instances, determining uplink resources for transmission of a first uplink channel with the first ESR, and transmitting the first uplink channel with the first ESR in the uplink resources.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for multiple concurrent random access procedures. A method for operating a user equipment includes receiving first configuration for a random access (RA) procedure, initiating a first RA procedure on a cell based on the first configuration, and initiating a second RA procedure on the cell prior to completion of the first RA procedure. A method for a base station includes transmitting a first random access response (RAR) and a second RAR. The first RAR includes a first temporary cell radio network temporary identifier (TC-RNTI) and a first uplink grant. The second RAR includes a second TC-RNTI and a second uplink grant. The method further includes receiving a first PUSCH scheduled by the first uplink grant and a second PUSCH scheduled by the second uplink grant. The first PUSCH includes the first TC-RNTI. The second PUSCH includes only the first TC-RNTI or both the first and second TC-RNTIs.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for multiple transmissions of a physical random access channel (PRACH).     Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for resource association and link recovery for repeaters in a wireless communication system. Flexible components are configured by symbol for uplink or downlink communications, radar sensing, or flexible usage. Full, partial or no overlap between resources for uplink, downlink or sidelink communication and resources for radar sensing may be configured. Frequency configuration for radar sensing may be in absolute units or grid units, and waveforms other than OFDM may be used for radar sensing.
