    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a first non-folding area, a second non-folding area, and a folding area that are arranged along a first direction, the folding area being foldable along a folding line extending along a second direction intersecting the first direction, a panel lower member disposed below the display panel, and a digitizer disposed below the panel lower member and including a base layer and sensing coils. The base layer includes a folding portion including holes overlapping the folding area of the display panel and first and second non-folding portions disposed along the first direction. The folding portion is disposed between the first and second non-folding portions. The sensing coils are disposed on the base layer, and the base layer includes a matrix including a filler and an elastomer and weaving-shaped fiber lines disposed inside the matrix and alternately arranged with each other.

    Abstract: A touch screen including a plurality of first sensing electrode columns having a plurality of first sensing electrodes, the plurality of first sensing electrode columns extending in one direction, and a plurality of second sensing electrode columns alternately disposed with the first sensing electrode columns, the plurality of second sensing electrode columns including a plurality of second sensing electrodes having a plurality of sub-electrodes. Sub-electrodes of one of adjacent second sensing electrodes are electrically connected to sub-electrodes of another of the adjacent second sensing electrodes. At least some of the first sensing electrodes include a first region and a second region electrically separated from the first region.

    Abstract: A touch sensor includes: a plurality of first sensor electrode columns disposed in a sensing area, the plurality of first sensor electrode columns each including one or more first sensor electrodes; a plurality of second sensor electrode columns alternately disposed with the first sensor electrode columns in the sensing area, the plurality of second sensor electrode columns each including a plurality of second sensor electrodes having a length defined by a longitudinal axis and a width extending in a direction across the length; and a plurality of lines connected to the first sensor electrode columns and the second sensor electrode columns. An outline length of at least some of the second sensor electrodes facing the first sensor electrodes varies along the longitudinal axis of its respective second sensor electrodes.

The plurality of first touch signal lines are connected to the first electrode cells. The plurality of second touch signal lines are connected to the second electrode cells. The first and second electrode patterns and the first and second touch signal lines are all positioned at the same layer on a substrate.     Abstract: A thin film transistor array panel and a manufacturing method capable of forming an insulating layer made of different materials for a portion contacting an oxide semiconductor and a second portion without an additional process. Source and drain electrodes of the thin film transistor each include a lower layer and an upper layer. A first passivation layer contacts the lower layer of the source and drain electrodes but does not contact the upper layer of the source and drain electrodes, and a second passivation layer is disposed on the upper layer of the source and drain electrodes. The first passivation layer may be made of silicon oxide, and the second passivation may be made of silicon nitride.
