    Abstract: A display device includes first touch electrodes, first routing lines, second routing lines, and a first guard line. The first touch electrodes are arranged in a touch sensing area. The first routing lines are connected to one side of the first touch electrodes. The second routing lines are connected to another side of the first touch electrodes. The first guard line is between the first routing lines and the second routing lines, and includes a first region extending in a first direction, and a second region extending from one end of the first region in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first region includes a first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer on the first touch conductive layer. The second region of the first guard line includes the second touch conductive layer and does not overlap the first touch conductive layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a display region including a rounded corner, the display region having a plurality of pixels arranged therein, and a non-display region surrounding the display region; a plurality of touch electrodes overlapping with the display region; and a first screen electrode disposed along the rounded corner to overlap with pixels disposed adjacent to the rounded corner among the plurality of pixels, the first screen electrode being electrically connected to some of the plurality of touch electrodes. Accordingly, the touch sensitivity of the touch electrodes can be improved, and pixels arranged in a stair step shape at the round corner of the display region can be prevented or reduced from being viewed from the outside.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel having a display area and a non-display area at least partially disposed around the display area; and a touch sensor disposed on the display panel and including a touch sensor area and a touch pad area adjacent to the touch sensor area, wherein the touch sensor includes a plurality of touch electrodes disposed in the touch sensor area, a plurality of touch pads disposed in the touch pad area, and a plurality of touch signal lines electrically connecting the touch electrodes with the touch pads, respectively. The touch signal lines include first line portions overlapping with the touch pads and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and the second line portions being angled relative to the respective first line portions extending in the first direction and connected to the touch electrodes, and the first line portion of the touch signal line has a first length in the second direction different from a second length in the second direction of a first line portion of an adjacent touch signal line.
