Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments relating to a method and device for estimating the angle of a base station transmission beam by calculating the time difference between reception signals acquired through simultaneous beam sweeping to multiple antenna arrays. According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: one or more first antennas; one or more second antennas spaced predetermined distance apart from the one or more first antennas; and a communication circuit electrically connected to the one or more first antennas and the one or more second antennas, wherein the communication circuit acquires a designated signal output from a base station as a first reception signal through the one or more first antennas and a second reception signal through the one or more second antennas, the first reception signal and the second reception signal are transmitted as one base station transmission beam, the time difference between the first reception signal and the second reception signal is obtained, the angle of the one base station transmission beam is calculated at least on the basis of the predetermined distance and the time difference, and the phase of a signal to be input to the one or more first antennas or the one or more second antennas is adjusted on the basis of the angle. Various embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device and an antenna switching method of an electronic device are provided. A wireless signal is transmitted or received through a first antenna module among a plurality of antenna modules. A temperature of the first antenna module is measured through a first temperature sensor contained in the first antenna module among a plurality of temperature sensors. A second antenna module among the plurality of antenna modules is switched to based on the measured temperature of the first antenna module exceeding a predetermined value. Each temperature sensor is contained in each of the plurality of antenna modules. The wireless signal is transmitted or received through the second antenna module.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, an error correction code (ECC) circuit, a fault address register, a scrubbing control circuit and a control logic circuit. The memory cell array includes memory cell rows. The scrubbing control circuit generates scrubbing addresses based on refresh operations performed on the memory cell array. The control logic circuit controls the ECC circuit such that the ECC circuit performs an error detection operation on a plurality of sub-pages in a first memory cell row to count a number of error occurrences, and determines whether to correct a codeword in which an error is detected based on the number of error occurrences. An uncorrected or corrected codeword is written back, and a row address of the first memory cell row may be stored in the fault address register as a row fault address based on the number of error occurrences.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, an error correction code (ECC) circuit, a fault address register and a control logic circuit. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cell rows. The scrubbing control circuit generates scrubbing addresses for performing a scrubbing operation on a first memory cell row based on refresh row addresses for refreshing the memory cell rows. The control logic circuit controls the ECC circuit such that the ECC circuit performs an error detection and correction operation on a plurality of sub-pages in the first memory cell row to count a number of error occurrences during a first interval and determines a sub operation in a second interval in the scrubbing operation based on the number of error occurrences in the first memory cell row.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device includes: a communication processor, a transceiver which is electrically connected to the communication processor, a first power amplifier which is electrically connected to the transceiver; a first antenna which is electrically connected to the first power amplifier; and a first supply adjustor which is electrically connected to the communication processor and the first power amplifier, wherein the communication processor can be set to perform a first determination about whether a first carrier bandwidth part (BP) of a first signal transmitted through the first antenna exceeds a first threshold value, perform a second determination about whether the power of the first signal exceeds a second threshold value, select a first tracking mode as an envelope tracking (ET) mode or an average power tracking (APT) mode on the basis of at least a portion of the first determination and the second determination, and control the first supply adjustor using the selected first tracking mode.

Abstract: Methods and devices for antenna switching are provided. A wireless signal is transmitted and received through a specific antenna module among a plurality of antenna modules. Status information about each of one or more other antenna modules among the plurality of antenna modules is acquired, when a temperature of the specific antenna module exceeds a predetermined value. The temperature of the specific antenna module is measured through a respective sensor module of a plurality of sensor modules. Each sensor module of the plurality of sensor modules is contained in or disposed adjacent to a respective antenna module of the plurality of antenna modules. The specific antenna module is switched to an antenna module selected from among the one or more other antenna modules, based on the acquired status information.
