    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided in connection with selection of a communication mode based on traffic type information. In one example, a network entity (e.g., a WiFi router, Picocell, Fentocell, an eNB, etc.) is equipped to obtain traffic type information for content to be transmitted by a network entity, determine a communication mode to use for transmission of the content based on the traffic type information, and transmit the content using the determined communication mode. In an aspect, the traffic type information may indicate that the content is a best effort traffic type, a latency sensitive traffic type, or no traffic type is available.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for identification reinterpretation in sidelink control information (SCI) are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit to a second UE or device, on a sidelink channel, SCI. The SCI may include a partial source and destination identifier fields and may indicate to the second UE to apply a first interpretation of multiple different interpretations for the partial source identifier field and the partial destination identifier field. For example, the SCI may indicate to interpret the partial source identifier field and the partial destination identifier field in combination as a source identifier field, as a destination identifier field, or as a partial source identifier and a partial destination identifier. The UE may transmit a medium access control (MAC) packet including a MAC header with identifier fields set to be complementary to the SCI.

In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a second UE, a first message to indicate a sidelink bandwidth part (BWP) switch, for the first UE, to a first sidelink BWP, wherein the first message includes an indication of the first sidelink BWP and a first sidelink resource pool in the first sidelink BWP.     Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, for resolution of conflicts between HD and FD configurations is disclosed. The UE receives a configuration indicating that a first set of symbols is configured for HD communication with at least one of D symbols, U symbols, or F symbols in which the F symbols are configured as D or U. The UE receives DCI scheduling FD communication including an FD transmission and an FD reception on a second set of symbols. The second set of symbols have a third set of symbols in common with the first set of symbols. The third set of symbols have conflicting HD and FD configurations. The UE cancels, based on the conflicting HD and FD configurations of the third set of symbols, at least one of the FD transmission or the FD reception in the third set of symbols.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may identify one or more measurement parameters to use for input in a machine learning (ML) model. In some cases, the measurement parameters may include reference signal received power measurements or a past set of timing advance (TA) values for a specific node. The UE may predict the TA based on inputting the measurement parameters into the ML model. The UE may transmit an uplink communication from the UE to a network entity using the TA predicted from the ML model. In some examples, the UE may transmit a capability report to indicate that the UE may support autonomous update of the TA based on the predictions of the TA values produced from the ML model.
