    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to inter-network mobility methods, apparatus, and communications devices. In one example method, a first access device sends a first indication to a terminal device, where the first indication is used to indicate the terminal device to reserve first information after the terminal device moves from a first network to a network other than the first network, and the first information includes one or more of a context of the terminal device in the first network, information about a signaling radio bearer (SRB) in the first network, information about a data radio bearer (DRB) in the first network, an identifier of the terminal device in the first network, information about a first cell in which the first access device provides a service for the terminal device, an identifier of the first network, or a cause value.

    Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided, so that a terminal device can flexibly perform a handover procedure in a multicast service scenario.     Abstract: This application provides a network configuration method and a communications apparatus. The method includes an AC sending configuration status information to a first access point AP, where the configuration status information is used to perform network configuration on the first AP, and the first AP performs network configuration based on the configuration status information sent by the AC, to implement communication between the first AP and a terminal device by using a 3GPP access mode. According to the network configuration method provided in this application, the AC may send the configuration status information to the AP. After performing network configuration, the AP may communicate with the terminal device through a 3GPP air interface.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a traffic flow splitting method and apparatus. In a process of accessing a 3GPP network by UE, an eNB in the 3GPP network sends a first multiflow aggregation instruction to the UE, to instruct the UE to establish a first multiflow aggregation channel between the UE and the eNB via a non-3GPP network. The UE establishes the first multiflow aggregation channel. The first multiflow aggregation channel is used for transmitting a part of data in a downlink traffic flow for the UE, where the part of data is offloaded to the non-3GPP network for transmission, and other data in the downlink traffic flow is offloaded to a 3GPP channel for transmission. In the method, different data packets in a same traffic flow can be simultaneously transmitted in the 3GPP network and the non-3GPP network.
